We are located in Jamestown, NC, minutes from High Point, Greensboro, and Piedmont Triad International Airport-Sleeping 10 with 7 beds, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private office.
AND we are excited to report that a third full bathroom will be completed in September 2026.

Enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the lake on our triple level deck or a quiet, romantic dinner in our screened in gazebo.

The indoor, heated pool (9x16 feet and 3-4.5 feet deep) is enclosed in a climate controlled sunroom with panoramic views of High Point City Lake.

The lake is a reservoir which requires all water activity be initiated at High Point City Lake Park and Marina, only minutes away. The aquatic center (50 meter pool, 3 slides, lazy river and splash-pad), fishing, boat rentals, kids rides and amusements, picnic shelters, hiking trails and more await you there!

Our main floor is an open floor plan with oak hardwoods throughout and a gorgeous view of the lake right upon entry. The entrance leads directly into the spacious living room with a large smart TV and leather couch, ottoman and recliner. Our fully equipped, modern kitchen and dining room are connected to our living room and offer plenty of space for cooking or gathering with loved ones.

Our 4 bedrooms, office and 2 full bathrooms are located on the main floor, along with the pool room, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room.

Our main bedroom includes a king Novaform bed, walk in closet, full bathroom, large smart TV and beautiful lake view with access to the back deck, and its own private porch overlooking the lake.

Our 2nd bedroom includes a king, TEMPUR-pedic bed, closet, large armoire and entertainment center with smart TV, and large windows.

Our 3rd bedroom includes 2 Twin XL TEMPUR-pedic beds with the TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base & Massage, a closet, and large windows.

Our 4th bedroom includes Twin XL adult bunkbeds (2 Twin XL beds), a queen sleeper sofa bed, armoire, and large smart TV.

Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers with glass enclosures. The primary bath includes dual shower fixtures and a built-in bench, while the guest bath offers a spacious walk-in shower with a handheld shower wand. Both bathrooms include convenient shelving and safety grab bars.

The small office off the hallway provides a secluded, quiet space for working away from home.

A ping pong table, treadmill, weights, and games await you in the basement, with a separate outside entrance.

Enjoy the gorgeous lake views on our sprawling back deck, complete with patio furniture and charcoal grill. Down by the lake is a large firepit with benches. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets on the lake!
Limited boat traffic and protected natural shorelines with untouched natural beauty ensure a peaceful, serene, and quiet stay.

You will have access to the entire home, including the indoor, heated pool and basement gym and play area.
The hallway closet and laundry room closet are locked and used by the owner for rental supplies. Locked owner storage is in two rooms in the basement area.

The Homeowner manages the property and lives within minutes of the home and will be available should you need assistance. He also has an assistant who he can call on in an emergency.

FROM THE OWNER:
A few important considerations before you request to book.

Pet Policy-only dogs permitted (pet fee of $100):
* Maximum of two dogs.
* Only well-behaved, house trained, nonaggressive dogs allowed
* Must be leashed at all times when outdoors
* No dogs allowed on any of the beds
* No loud or continuous barking or aggressive behavior
* Guests must immediately clean up pet waste and discard in the outside trash bin
* Guests accept full responsibility for any damages or injuries to others
* Violation of the pet policy may result in immediate termination of your stay

My home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, and as such I do not allow partying or events, so as not to disturb my neighbors. No music or loud noises are allowed outdoors after 10pm. We strictly observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house, pool room, basement or gazebo.

Any guest vehicles need to fit in my carport and driveway (maximum of 6) or in front of my house on the street, but not in front of my neighbors' houses.

For the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras that record activity outside the house. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in the gazebo. Exterior camera footage may be reviewed if needed to investigate safety concerns, property damage, or violations of house rules.
