Grab a beach cruiser (2 included) and make your way to downtown Jax Beach, Neptune Beach, or Atlantic Beach. Suite boasts large bedroom, bathroom, and separate room equipped with basic dining necessities. Close enough to all the beach has to offer but secluded enough to relax and unwind. Private yard and patio for guest to enjoy the beach breeze.

Large second story guest suite has private entrance, yard and patio, and separate dining room/kitchenette. Great location! Walk or bike to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops! Also includes use of three beach cruisers, and beach basics (chairs, towels, bag, etc.). Kich your feet up and relax at our breezy home!!

Guest have access to entire guest suite on second story over garage (garage is not used by resident`s on the property so no need to worry about constant noise from garage door!). Private entrance via door immediately to the left of garage door. Private driveway for AirBnb guest only and private yard.
