Fantastic location house

The house was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could need. The location is excellent!! We loved the pool, being on the river, fishing, and the private ocean beach!! We highly recommend!

Beautiful home and great location

It’s a beautiful house with an amazing pool which we spent most of our time. The beach is very beautiful also and we even got to witness sea turtles. David is a great owner and keeps it simple for guests staying at his beautiful home. My family and I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thanks again David for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Long weekend getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at the Mermaid. The location is perfect. We never had to leave the house. Ocean across the street and the river in the backyard. The pool was our absolute favorite! Great barbecue for grilling and outside shower to rinse the sand off. Plenty of room for all our friends!

Marvelous mermaid!

Perfect tranquil private location. Gorgeous sunsets overlooking the river right in your backyard. Loved walking directly across the street to our own private entrance to the beach! We had everything we needed in the house for a comfortable stay. The heated pool was our favorite place to be day and night swimming. Will be booking again very soon !

Relaxing

We come to Florida for a week every year with our two sons and their families. This year the kids were 5, 3, 22 months and 6 months. The number of bedrooms was perfect and the ability to put the kids in rooms next to their parents worked great. The heated pool was used from morning to night and the kids loved it. The beach was just a quick trip across the road. My son loved fishing off the pier and we saw dolphins come right into the cove. We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year.
