Guests will have access to all the unique amenities in the house. The fully-furnished living room, functional kitchen, standard bedrooms, sophisticated bathrooms (three bathrooms in the house, the fourth is attached to the north side of the house, accessible from the outside only, perfect so people don't run through the house with sandy/wet feet), hot tub, balcony overlooking the beach and much more. Parking can comfortably fit up to five vehicles.

Please message us if you wish to have an earlier check in or a later check out. We will try to accommodate you the best that we can!

Check in:
Time: 4:00 PM unless approval for earlier. Please note we generally have guests booked before and after your stay. This means our cleaners will need to enter the house at 11:00 AM and will be working right up until 4:00 PM. They are instructed not to allow guests to enter the property earlier without specific permission from us.

Check out:
Time: No later than 11:00 a.m. Please be considerate of guests arriving after you and timely vacate the property. This gives our cleaners the full amount of time to prepare the house for the arriving guests. Don't forget to sign out Guest Book and share your experiences at The Beach House!
Laundry: Place towels in the washing machine first thing in the morning with detergent and start machine.
Kitchen: Please load the dishwasher and get it started. Also, wipe down the countertops.
Digital Accounts: Don't forget to sign out of any accounts ie. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Issues:
We do inspect for damages after every guest. If you happen to find damage when you arrive or if something is not working properly, please notify us as soon as possible. We promise to address any issue right away.

Spa: The Spa is to be used at your own risk. All children must be supervised at all times, do not use the spa with the lid on, remove the lid completely before entering the spa.


Prohibitions:
Please respect these 4 simple rules:
Tenants: The house is for use only by the contracted party and their reserved overnight guests. Events, parties and additional persons are prohibited due to insurance, parking and space limitations. Please do not invite other people to our home/beach.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Smoking: No smoking indoors.
Parking: Do not park on grass. If additional persons or pets are on the property without the owner's prior approval, a $500 fee will apply and the contract will be terminated immediately. By renting this property, you agree to these terms.
Garbage:
Green Bin Pick Up: Wednesday and Saturday mornings
Take out to the street either the night before or early morning

Recycling:

Toilets:
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. This includes paper towels, personal hygiene products, diapers, pull-ups, etc. The system is very sensitive and will back up if improper items are flushed.

Hot Tub:
When you arrive, set the temperature (100-103 degrees)
It takes 12 hours to heat up
If hot tub is not heating up: press Light and Up button to take it out of economy mode
IMPORTANT
Keep the cover on whenever not in use
Please remove sand before entering (use the surf splash by the walkway)
Keep the float in the hot tub at all times (this has chlorine, so it helps keep it clean)
A green color is normal and caused by the beach sand and water
The hot tub is cleaned & serviced professionally in between guest arrivals

Cleaning:
Our home is professionally cleaned and laundered before every stay. We would very much appreciate it if before leaving, you would start one full load of towels. Please do NOT wash bed linens and towels together. Bag all trash. Load and start the dishwasher. This will help us turn the property faster and hopefully allow arriving guests to have an earlier check-in.

Grill:
A gas grill is provided as well as a gas tank. If you run out of gas, there is an extra tank for your convenience. Please do not leave any grills unattended while in use.

Heat/Air Conditioning:
During your visit please try to stay environmentally aware with respect to energy consumption. Please do not set the temperature lower than 73 degrees, and do not leave doors or windows open with the air conditioner or heat running. If leaving the house for a few hours, please adjust the thermostat accordingly, and turn off all lights.

Hot Water Heater:
Two tankless water heaters are located in the room with the turtle picture.
The heater for the hallway bathroom is in the closet. This is set to 110 degrees.
The heater for the rest of the house is behind the turtle picture. This is set to 120 degrees.
If you are not getting hot water, leave the hot water running, and look at the heater.
If it says OFF, press the center button to turn it on.
If it shows a temperature, the heater should be working.

Refrigerator:
The refrigerator and freezer should be in perfect working condition with temperatures set properly. Please do not adjust the temperature in an attempt to make the units colder. This could damage the unit.

Supplies:
All bed linens and bath/beach towels are supplied, as well as dishes, flatware, and cooking equipment, iron, hair dryers, and a Hamilton Beach coffee maker. We provide dishwashing soap/sponge, tie trash bags, a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, cream/sugar, and coffee filters. Please do not use bath towels as beach towels. There are plastic seating chairs on the back porch, which can be used on the beach. There is also a table and chairs outside for eating. We have a pack n’ play, and a video console for small children. We also have beach toys outside in the plastic bin.
