Planning on a stay at Mahogany Bay with access to our very own PoolClub within the gated community? Look no more, we have you covered in one of our Moonraker design houses with a luxurious twist you will love! Equipped with all the amenities you need, no need to look further. It comes with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. One of the bedrooms with a bathroom and kitchenette is a Casita. If there are developments close by, we automatically decrease rates.

Any new bookings received as of April 1, 2026, we offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive a complimentary drink and 10% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of departing and returning to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina with our dedicated shuttle service.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Moya. The host/management company were very responsive and extremely helpful with our many questions. The house was perfect and very comfortable and had everything you need. The only thing I would say is to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as there are dogs behind this home that bark a lot at night…not something the management or owner can control but worth noting. It doesn’t detract from the rental. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice space

This house worked great, especially with the detached casita for our families needs. I would ask that the property have a crocodile warning sign posted by the deck and pool, as we did encounter one during our stay.

In regards to the crocodile, we have not seen any on our canals but do not discard the fact that one can come over since this is also an area where they co-exist too. Super cute

Great house and casasita. Area is developing so there is construction. But the area will be a must stay community. This is a managing company so communication is not as quick as other VRBO homeowners. This will be the most desirable location on the island with all the amenities and properties.

Cute house

The house is cute, it was clean, they don’t ask you to do many chores on check out. When this neighborhood is complete, this will be a wonderful place to stay, and it will be 5 stars! However, they are building all around it. Across the street, next door, and they start at dawn every day. Even on Sunday. If you want to get up and going on adventures every morning, then maybe that’s not an issue for you. Renting a golf cart is a must, there isn’t much in walking distance. The manager arranged our rental and they brought the cart to us. He also arranged a taxi to get us from the airport which was nice. The casita is a little strange. There’s a little kitchen out there, but no closet or dresser. My friend that stayed out there unpacked in the kitchen and used the kitchen in the main house for the kitchen, which was fine as there were 3 of us and we all wanted to be around each other. You need assistance for the pool waterfall. They can put it on a timer, but you can’t control it. The pool is very small, but cute! There are only 2 lounge chairs, but there’s a cute screened in porch area. Bring deet wipes! They only sell Off spray and we were eaten alive by no-see-ums. The most I’ve ever been bitten on any trip. Not just at the property, but everywhere. I would stay at this property again once they finish building!
