This vacation cottage is located at the Sun Communities Resort of Sherkston Shores Beach Resort a gated private resort on Lake Erie in Canada. 

- Plenty of private outdoor space for this cottage includes a large furnished patio deck, propane BBQ, wood burning fire pit, and a propane fire table.

- Fully furnished private cottage sleeps 6 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. There are two pull out sofas in the living room and a pull across screen for privacy. 

- All the comforts of home. The fully appointed kitchen has counter space for prep work, a dining table, and opens up to the living room…a comfortable space to enjoy! Kitchen includes stove/oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, Keurig pod and drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery. 

- Complete with central AC, smart TV, and internet. 

- The entire cottage is for private use of guests.

- Lifted golf cart included, two private parking spots. 

- We will provide pillows and blankets. however, we kindly ask that guests bring their own bedding, face & bath towels, personal toiletries, and any other essentials they may require during their stay.

- If you prefer not to pack bedding and towels, you can arrange linen service directly with Sheetz N Giggles Linen Supply. They will deliver fresh linens directly to the cottage before your arrival and pick them up after you leave, making your vacation even more convenient.
