The York House is a fully renovated home on an Estate Lot with 1 acre of mature trees, flowers, and beautiful lawns. We are offering a 2-bedroom suite on the Second Floor of the York House.
Entering the home through the main foyer is a craftsmanship staircase you don't see anymore. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a private bathroom.
A lovely veranda at the front of the home has a swing lounger and a bench sofa.
Around the back is the courtyard. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the grounds. The guest rooms are separate from the rest of the home. There is a small Den with a microwave and a bar fridge.

Our goal is to be Your Home Away from Home. To provide a comfortable and stress-free experience from the moment and process of booking to the moment you leave our home relaxed and refreshed.



We strive towards providing a quiet environment with old-fashioned hospitality that allows guests to experience peace, calm, and solitude without interruption. At the same time, we strive to offer a residential atmosphere close to all the amenities and attractions that make a location desirable. We work hard to provide our guests with an environment that creates the feeling as though they are in a home away from home, allowing them to come again and again for the same restorative experience. The York house is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, a great spot to head to many different places and sights. Jamie was an excellent host and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area.

My niece and I had a lovely time staying at York House. Everything was pristine and all amenities right there. Loved having coffee in the sweet sitting area looking out the windows in the morning. Of course, it was great for wine in the evening too. Beds were luscious. Planning to return in the summer.

Cycling round Niagara Circle Route. Great place to stay near Friendship trail. Beautiful rooms, very well appointed with lots of attention to detail. Very friendly and thoughtful hosts.

Absolutely lovely

It was a lovely place to stay. The initial coordinates didn't get us to the address (Google maps was being difficult), but the property is so pretty and recognizable we found it with little issue. The rooms were so pretty, and the bathroom was a wonderful place to unwind after work.

Tranquil paradise!

Absolutely beautiful charming suite on the 2nd floor of an amazing 100 year old home. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. They lit a fire in the private backyard oasis and Jamie surprised us with a lovely fruit salad in the morning. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we were steps from the quaint village of Ridgeway where we walked for a delicious dinner and breakfast. Our only complaint is we only booked one night! We canā€™t wait to return.

Exceeded Expectations

Wonderful space with lots of charm. Really really nice bedroom (we only used the one). Enjoyable outdoors between the porch and the backyard. The fire at night in the beautiful backyard was a great end to our evening. Took in wine on arrival and coffee the following morning on the lovely porch before departure. Great location, within walking distance of restaurants. Jamie & Dave were amazing & helpful. The watermelon salad & yogurt in the morning was a welcome surprise. Will be back again and will stay more than one night!

Great relaxing spot with all the amenities.

This is a perfect location for one or two couples. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Jamie and her husband were very warm and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated, huge porch, nice outside area and they were thoughtful with all the little details. Bed was comfortable, towels soft (and there were extras) and the soaking tub was a nice bonus! The host even left a few salts and bathbombs for use. There was a nice sitting area with a small kitchenette (microwave and mini fridge) and wine glasses as well which we enjoyed. Coffee, teas and hot chocolate all available. The host even left us some local wine to try. There is a dining room and living room area as well to relax or socialize with your friends. Seriously if you have the chance book this place. We will definitely be back with friends to visit.

Quick overnight

The property is beautiful. Very well maintained and a wonderful space to relax. Our only regret is not staying longer. Host Jamie is lovely and it is evident that she loves to invite guests in to this beautiful space. I would not hesitate to stay again as the area is great and the swimming in Lake Erie, down the street was not enjoyable.
