The condo was beautiful and spacious. The view was amazing. The check in and put procedures could have been better explained. Some of the TVs didn’t work, maybe dead remote batteries. Definitely want to stay again next year.

Amazing condo

This condo is beautiful! The location is perfect. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from several other attractions and shops. My family had a blast. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice ocean view but needs extermination and upgrades

The property is fine for a family stay with a great ocean view. However, we were greeted with a few small roaches in the kitchen area. The people next to us told us that they had way more bugs than we did and called management. They were told that someone would be out next week. The battery on the outside door was low the entire stay and were told that it would be fixed a in a day or two. We would stay again if bugs were gone and upgrades are done.

Great sized condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was my family plus my son’s girlfriend. The weather wasn’t great so hanging out inside was our best choice and we had plenty of room for playing games, etc. We loved the view which was my focus the entire trip - plus hearing the waves. Everything was spacious and well kept. One thing mentioned in a previous review was the church below. Service does start at around 8:30 am and features Christian Rock. It does help you get going for that 10:00am checkout. To us, this would not stop us from going again.I have very limited mobility and use a walker and wheelchair. I found this condo very accommodating. We loved our stay here and would love to stay again.

Superb location but needs a little TLC

10 of my closest friends and I decided we wanted to celebrate my birthday in Galveston as close to the beach as possible so we picked this little gem because of the fantastic views on the wrap around balcony. However, little did we know that it was sitting on top of a church. Now, I do love God BUT we didn’t plan on worshipping right from our beds Sunday morning. Yes it was that loud. When we arrived on Friday there was a big storm and one of the toilets backed up and was overflowing all down the hallway. We called the manager and the answering service sent a plumber but they couldn’t get to us due to flooding. They came the next day and fixed it. Also while this place was clean on the surface it really needed a deep clean because if you moved anything around there was dirt or mold underneath or behind things. We moved a floor lamp and a horrific smell (like something died) was underneath it. Also, we picked this place not only for the view but also because it said it had a pool which it does not. Overall this place was ok. Great location and tons of room but some tweaks in housekeeping and listing content should be made.
