The spacious layout offers a gourmet kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, a workspace and lots of windows. Unwind and relax near the fire, or step outside to enjoy the twinkling city views from this elevated location.
The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.
Named for its historic style of residential architecture, Queen Anne sits upon a 456-foot hill North of Downtown Seattle.
Some of Seattle's best coffee cafes are located in Queen Anne. Local favorites include Queen Anne Coffee Co, Milestead, and Storyville Coffee Company.
There is a mix of about 30 restaurants, cafes, and bars on Queen Anne Ave North, less than a 3 minute drive away.
Visit nearby Kerry Park for postcard-perfect views of the Downtown Seattle skyline, the Space Needle and Puget Sound.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and a patio area with bbq grill.
Located on a quiet residential street with plenty of street parking.
Step into this well appointed environment to find a comfortable sectional sofa cradling the picturesque gas fireplace and 65" Smart TV. A dining area with seating for four, and a workspace create a functional open concept space for all.
The gourmet kitchen is a joy for cooking enthusiasts with plenty of counter space and fully equipped with all the essentials.
Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds and quality cotton linens.
A laundry room with full size high efficiency machines, a three piece bathroom with stand up shower, plus an extra half bathroom add to the already accommodating features throughout the space.
Guests have access to a patio with seating, as well as a propane bbq grill, just outside the apartment entrance.
A vehicle or ride service is recommended for getting around, since we are located in a primarily residential area. Although, public transit is nearby.

***The apartment is located on the ground level of a larger luxury home. Guests have their own private entrance. There are no shared spaces.
***Due to the neighborhood topography, and elevation of our lot, ascending an outdoor stairway is required to reach the property. The apartment is all one level, once inside.
***The home above is occupied by full time residents who are not available to assist guests. It is not often that you may see one another come and go, but we ask that guests please not disturb the residents, and they will do the same.
***Due to the apartment's location below the main house, there is the occasional potential for noise. Although the apartment is generally quiet, and the residents above adhere to quiet hours, it is possible to hear a reasonable level of movement or muffled voices from above. If a perfectly quiet environment, with no adjacent occupants is a must have, this space may not be a great fit for your stay.
***The apartment is not equipped with its own air conditioning system. Ventilation from the main house air conditioner flows into the apartment, which helps to maintain a comfortable temperature. Guests do not have the ability to control the temperature or frequency of the air conditioner, or request that the air conditioner settings be adjusted. The apartment does not get uncomfortably warm, even during higher than normal summer temperatures. And portable fans are available to guests at all times.
***The landscaping is professionally maintained every two weeks by a local service. Please do not be alarmed if you see a landscaping crew outside during business days/hours.
***There are multiple exterior cameras for safety and surveillance of the outdoor areas of the property.
***The trampoline belongs to the upstairs residents and is NOT to be used by guests.
