We stayed before boarding a cruise ship to Alaska. It was a nice place in a convenient location to downtown places like pikes place market, the space needle and close to the pier. Air conditioning was a unit in the main living room for the whole apartment. Not central air. Place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great place!

Fantastic location and very safe, secure. Excellent communication with manager who texted and met us to help us park and check in. Good amenities- pool, sauna and very pretty courtyard. Very small rooms but to be expected so close to everything. Lots of great places to eat and explore very nearby. We walked to Pike Place-even walked to the Mariners game- a hike but accessible. World Cup games were coincidentally in town and this was a perfect place to launch from to be in the middle of the watch parties and to retreat to when it got wild.

This was a great place to stay. Lots of amazing places to eat and hang out nearby. Pool was closed - I admit it was one of the deciding factors when I booked this place, but clearly out of the control of owners. I will say having a parking place is a plus but the parking is *tight* so if you’re renting a car- best to make it a compact

Great Location

Perfect location for a quick stay in Seattle to be able to walk to many sites (Space Needle, Pike Place Market) and easy Uber to other fun areas. Nice size for one or two couples.

PNW Summer Vacation

We have stayed in Belltown before and liked the area due to its close proximity to the best things Seattle has to offer. You are within walking distance to great restaurants, and tourist destinations such as the Space Needle, MoPop, and Pike Market.

Fun weekend in Seattle

Location is great, easy walking distance to the light rail, Pike’s and lots of bars and restaurants. Second bedroom is pretty small but kitchen is well stocked and living room and dining room are spacious.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, bedding, blankets and fans. Both the owners and Stan were very pleasant and helpful even with our late check in. Highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic Stay -- Great Place

The people: The hosts were excellent communicators and made check-in a breeze. They were always ready to answer a question but not intrusive; a perfect mix. The place: Just as described but better than in the pictures. Comfortable beds, great shower, awesome game table, etc. The building itself is first-class. The area: Ideal to explore Seattle. Overall: It's a fantastic place with superb owners. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location

Overall our stay was good. The location was great as we were able to walk to Pikes place and space needle area. We were also able to find great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was convenient to the Link(tram) downtown which we rode from the airport and to the game at Husky stadium. The condo could use a more thorough cleaning as I found dust and dirt behind the couches as I was utilizing electrical outlets. Other than it was a great stay.

The property itself is genuinely great. The space is well laid out for a family, the indoor pool and sauna were a nice bonus, though the jacuzzi was not working during our stay. The location in Belltown is walkable and convenient, and the beds were comfortable. Ashley and Mike were responsive at the start of our stay.However, I have to be honest about what happened after checkout. One member of our group held the lobby door open for a family arriving with a stroller and heavy luggage, and we were charged 250 for a building violation as a result. I understand the building has a rule about not allowing strangers in, and I understand why that rule exists in an urban downtown location. But a family with a stroller and luggage is not a stranger in any reasonable sense, and 250 is a steep penalty for an act of basic courtesy.We were also charged 100 for accidentally forgetting to return the parking pass at checkout. That one is on us and is a legitimate charge, but worth knowing about. Between the two, we were hit with 350 in unexpected post-stay charges.Future guests should be aware that these rules are taken very seriously and that the financial penalties are significant. Make sure everyone in your group knows the rules before you arrive, because the consequences are real regardless of the circumstances.

A good place to stay.

This is an older, spacious, well equipped condo in Belltown..The location is superb. Comfortable walking distance to Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the Convention Center and the retail core of Seattle. Walking is preferred as Uber rates are outrageous. ( 65$ Canadian from this property to Fairmont Shuckers restaurant.). There are many good restaurants in Belltown close to this property.

Clean and well stocked

Perfect central location to downtown, pike place, and Seattle center. Very comfortable beds! Even the pullout! It was well stocked with everything I needed for cooking, dishes, laundry, and showers. I felt very safe as well. Lots of good restaurants literally within feet of the building. Excellent and quick communication—very professional. I would definitely stay there again!!
