The primary suite features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub and a stand-alone shower. The second bedroom provides a cozy queen bed and a twin bed, while the third bedroom includes another comfortable queen bed; both guest rooms are connected by a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals. Relax in the spacious living area, which includes a large screen TV with streaming and cable services, complemented by two zero-gravity couches for ultimate comfort. Work remotely with ease, thanks to this unit's two workstation-friendly areas for those blending business and leisure. Located on the North end of Fripp Island in the Village of Newhaven, this home is perfectly positioned for your seaside escape!



A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 7 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
