~Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. The nice lady next door will get grumpy if you`re super loud lol

~No parties or large gatherings, any additional guests must be approved. We`re totally chill and realize you may have friends or family visit so just let us know if you`re having over night guests.

-Cancellation policies are firm so please be sure to look into travel insurance.
**Travel insurance is required if you intend to use any extra equipment like bikes, kayaks, etc.

~No Smoking in the home, we`ve provided ashtrays on the lanai tables or bbq but if you smoke outdoors be sure all windows and doors are closed. There will be a $500 cleaning fee charged if there is any smoke smell in the home.

~If you have pets you are responsible to remove all pet waste

~Follow cleaning instructions when you leave
