Welcome to Glenn Haven! This charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is located in a lakefront community of Glenn Shores with association access to Lake Michigan. You are a short walk (or drive) to the private Lake Michigan association beach!

This cottage sleeps up to 5 with a King bed in bedroom 1, and a Queen bed in room 2. In the living area there is a double sleeper sofa.

The full kitchen has all the amenities for preparing meals for your group. Outside you will find a gas fire pit, a second firepit for wood burning, and a gas grill.

Relax outside in the screened patio, or by the fire, or head to the private association beach to watch the beautiful Lake Michigan sunset. There are 4 beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the private association beach. We do have a ring doorbell at the front door.

Glenn Haven is located half way between South Haven and Saugatuck. With private lots, and small narrow streets, this is the perfect place to feel secluded and private even with neighbors nearby. With numerous lake access and viewing spots, Glenn Haven offers a Great Lake Michigan experience.

RENTAL RULES
Please review our house rules prior to booking. You will be asked to agree to all rules and provide a guest list before door codes are sent. If you are unable or unwilling to abide by these policies, our cottage may not be a good fit.

1. Smoking (of any kind) is NOT allowed in the home
2. MAXIMUM of 5 registered guests (including adults, babies and children) at ANY TIME due to the smaller size of the cottage, therefore parties/gatherings are prohibited. There will be a per day fine for exceeding guest limit.
3. Neighborhood QUIET HOURS are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m due to the woods and water, sound travels and many of our neighbors are permanent residents.
4. Pets are NOT allowed. While we love pets, we are unable to host pets as we have severe allergies (this includes ESA).
5. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s), and only in driveway. Parking on the road or on the grass is not permitted.
6. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Guests are responsible for damage due to flushing anything other than toilet paper.

Booking Process: Guests must sign and return the rental agreement within 24 hours before the booking is fully confirmed. Failure to sign agreement may result in cancellation without refund.
