The Space:

Beach access is just 30 yards from your door. Grab your towel, take the association stairs down (about 65 steps), and you’re on Lake Michigan in seconds!



Eaton Park House is a classic South Haven cottage tucked into a quiet lakeshore community; supremely peaceful when the day winds down. This dog-friendly retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and makes an easy, comfortable home base for summer living.



Inside, the open layout keeps everyone connected. The updated kitchen offers plenty of space for prepping beach-day snacks or simple family meals, while the living and dining areas are designed for gathering, game nights, and slow mornings with coffee. After a day on the sand, rinse off and settle onto the shaded deck for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings under the trees.



With three bedrooms and 1.5 baths, the layout is simple, practical, and perfect for families or close friends who plan to spend most of their time outdoors. It’s the kind of place where shoes stay by the door, beach towels dry on the railing, and the lake sets the pace.



Please note: Lake Michigan’s water levels and beach conditions naturally fluctuate throughout the season. The beach may be wider or narrower depending on weather and water levels.

The Neighborhood:

This house sits in a quiet neighborhood just off of North Shore Drive. Please make sure to keep any pets on-leash when walking them. Please also be mindful of the neighbors when you're using the beach!



Getting Around:

This property is just far enough from downtown to make driving a better option than walking. It's about a 10-minute drive over into downtown, depending on the route and the traffic. It is walkable if you don't mind the exercise! It would take about 40 minutes to walk from Eaton park House to Eagle Street in downtown.
