Welcome to our charming lake house, a peaceful retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Freshly renovated and updated, our home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and ample space for preparing delicious meals and memories with your family.

The highlight of our home is undoubtably our spacious double-story deck fully furnished, offering panoramic views of the serene lake. Whether your sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, the deck provides the perfect vantage point overlooking the shimmering water.

Sleeping 11, our 4 bedrooms provide a peaceful sanctuary for a restful nights sleep. The upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms offer a stunning view overlooking the lake sure to brighten every morning. The two additional bedrooms upstairs offer 1 full bed and 1 set of bunk beds. The downstairs offering 2 full beds beds all with closets and dressers for your convenience.

To add an extra touch of luxury, we include a pontoon and 2 kayaks for your exclusive use. The pontoon, which seats 11 comes fully equipped with lifejackets and beach towels. Enjoy making memories with everything our all sports lake has to offer, from boating to swimming to excellent fishing!

Amazing views on a fairly quiet lake. Brought our own boat as well and had public launch close by with room to dock at the property. Decks were great to sit out and drink coffee on each morning.

We had a great time in Union City. The view from the deck overlooking the lake is pretty spectacular. The house had plenty of space with its 4 bedrooms. It was also nice taking the boat out during the day for suntanning, and in the morning for fishing.

Great property with excellent views! We had a nice vacation for our family of 8. Plenty of space for all of us, and the pontoon boat was a huge bonus. Caught a few blue gills and small perch. House was great- needs a few touch ups, but all necessary amenities were available.

The view of the lake was what made the stay. That alone was worth it. There are a few areas that could have been improved on aeshetically but overall everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. My biggest concern was how we were not able to lock the front door going into the mud room from the inside. There was a twist lock on the main entrance but no deadbolt. Maybe that's normal for that area due to low crime rates.

Wonderful stay, great property, great communication with owners

Place was in a good location. Views were amazing. Having the pontoon included was a game changer. We also brought fishing boats, but being able to get many friends out on the lake on the same boat and not having to trailer a big pontoon in was incredible. Hosts were attentive and everyone loved their stay!

Perfect for girls weekend

Everything was perfect!! The lake was very quiet, very few boats on the water. The house was very spacious and comfortable for 11 ladies. The deck was perfect with an amazing view of the lake! Highly recommend!! Getting to the water does require going down steps but it was not an issue with us!!

Nice Lakehouse with Pontoon included.

Excellent stay. Lake house was a hit for our kids. The water was shallow around the dock as the kids like to jump in and swim, but having a pontoon to ride around the lake and find a deeper place to swim was perfect. We would stay again. One note is that there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, the listing wasn't so clear but not a problem for us.

Highly recommended for families

Prior to the trip, I reached out to the homeowner with multiple questions and he was always quick to reply and very courteous! During the trip, he helped with reaching out the kayak rental company to coordinate where to put them, and dropped off a couple items that we needed. The house and property are absolutely beautiful, exactly as appears in the pictures. There was enough seating in the dining room for our entire group, so we were able to have our meals together and enjoy family game nights. The fire pit was great, both firewood and seating were provided. There were enough trees in the backyard to provide shading while we had corn hole tournaments (corn hole was provided). The biggest hit was the boat!! We used it regularly, day cruises, night cruises, anchored down and swam and fished, it was so nice to have it whenever we wanted. The boat was in nice condition, the dock maintained well and the stairs up/down are well maintained. We had 8 in our party and had enough room for everyone to sit with room for coolers and fishing poles. Pleasant surprises: 3 lounge chairs on the deck, corn hole boards & bags, waterproofed deck so you can sit under deck (at ground level) even in rain. If you are looking for kayak rentals (2 are provided by homeowner but we wanted 5 more) while you're here, we used J&J Kayaks. They were fantastic also. They delivered them, and carried them down the stairs to the ledge for us.
