I have two beautiful lake homes, not cottages, on this chain, VRBO ID# 4166727 (Sat-Sat) & 4273268 (Sun-Sun), on this chain of 7 lakes, 496 total rentals.

Talk about a view and location. Relax on one of the two decks and observe 7 miles of lake living. The beach and cedar playhouse is a plus. On the back-side is the Coldwater Golf Course, walk across Narrows Rd and you're 1000 feet from the clubhouse. Great food and golf course.

Your Coldwater adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. With 6 twin beds, 1 trundle (3 beds), and a cozy space with 1 bunk bed, 11 total beds. All the essentials like WiFi, heating, AC, garage, washer/dryer, all kitchen amenities, guests will feel right at home. Check out the two decks facing the 7 mile lake view. The pontoon rental is optional. Imagine being on a lake without a boat? To fully enjoy lake living, the pontoon is a must. It's turn-key, arrive, jump in the pontoon, turn the key and go. You're all set to enjoy the chain of 7 lakes. In front of this property is 7 miles of lake.

This home rents Sat-Sat and the other is Sun-Sun in the summer months. 4 day rentals, Thurs - Sunday, are considered in the summer months based on bookings at the time, but primarily booked Spring and Fall. Summer months weekly, the home will fill back-to-back all summer, very popular and many repeat guests.

Please take a thorough look at the pictures. The pontoon was added 18 years ago based on renters sitting on the shore, pontoon upgraded in 2024. How can you be on a lake without a pontoon?

Daily lake adventures, swimming, fishing, and boating, makes the week most enjoyable. If you love great fishing, seriously, May-June, you'll limit out, Gills, Perch, Bass, Northern Pike, and many others. How about a fish fry?
