Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a smart TV, 500 MBPS of extremely fast WIFI, beach towels, comfortable beds, a private Balcony and a fully stocked kitchen.

We provide a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is a hidden gem. Quiet but central in Jax Beach and close to Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra restaurants and nightlife + very close to the beach.



Getting Around:

There is a Publix 0.6 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!
