Dog Friendly - dogs less than 30 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. (Max 2 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.



Parking available on driveway. Max - 2 cars We also have a side gravel parking area that we recommend you use due to the traffic on the main street at certain times of day. The street in front of our home is a busy one during certain times of day. We are also just up the street from Beaches Baptist Hospital. We do provide sound machines in the bedrooms so you can select from a variety of sounds to help minimize the traffic. Jacksonville Beach is a busy little bustling beach town - especially during our spring & summer seasons!

**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Minut / Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. The inside fireplace is not available for use.



Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
