Dieses Haus ist mit Flachbild-Smart-TV in jedem Zimmer und WIFI ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche !! Die Küche ist voll möbliert für alle Ihre Koch- und Esswaren, einschließlich Gewürzen, Kaffee, Weingläser. Beide Schlafzimmer haben ihre eigenen Bäder und Doppelbetten. Beide Bäder haben einen Schminktisch. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank / Wasser & Eis auf der Vorderseite ausgestattet. ein separater Getränkekühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd und eingebaute Mikrowelle sowie eine Bar mit 3 Barhockern. Der Esstisch sitzt 6. Wir haben das Haus mit einem CD-Player und einigen CDs sowie einigen Rätseln und Spielen ausgestattet. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner für Sie. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, das mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet ist, so dass das Haus bei Bedarf 6 Personen aufnehmen kann (es gibt auch ein paar aufblasbare Betten) Einige Tische und Stühle auf der hinteren Veranda. Perfect house!

This was a wonderful house for my Thanksgiving guests. The house is beautifully appointed and well-equipped. The owners were available to help late in the the evening when we were too dense to follow simple directions about the location of the key. There are three bathrooms! Amazing! There are large TVs throughout the house, all with DirecTV. The backyard is lovely and has plenty of room to run around. The covered back porch is a real bonus. You can sit back there and drink coffee with a good view of the Sandias. The easy access to the interstate and Paseo del Norte make this an ideal location. I will be booking this house again.

Wonderful place, inside and out.

This was our first house rental and the owner and the home away staff, were easy to work with. All were prompt in responding to our inquiries. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is a cute space outside and a spacious common area. We entertained guests, just as if we were inviting friends over to our own house. There was plenty of space for little ones to nap, and adults to catch up in a relaxed environment. We loved the huge back patio. One reason we choose this property was because it was dog friendly and thought we might have a problem because it has a white rug and we all (people and pet) spent a lot of time outside. But all was well. We had a great experience, would come back and recommend to others.

A Great Place in Albuquerque

Very well equipped rental in a great location. The house has lots of room inside plus nice outdoor space for relaxing. The quiet neighborhood makes for good sleep and the backyard is an excellent and secure spot for dogs. Jenny is flexible and super responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend this house. It's perfect for either short or long term stays!

False advertising

My wife could not use either shower during our stay. Both front & rear access door has a 6 in. step which makes access difficult with walker, not to mention a wheelchair. We requested a $25 nightly refund but had to settle for $10, just to be done with it.

I feel really bad for these guests but they neglected to research the house before they booked. She had specific needs that MOST houses wouldn't comply with. She really needed an ADA compliant house. We are not😟

BEST PLACE TO STAY FOR BALLOON FESTIVAL!!!

The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was very comfortable and only about 5 minutes away from the balloon festival, which meant that even the days we didn't go, we could see the balloons floating by as we sat on the front porch. It was lovely. Jenny was awesome!

Great Location!

What a great place to stay... We rented this home just because it was close to family. but when we checked in we were really surprised of how nice this house was. We all fit comfortably, and when i needed a nap the little casita in the back was the perfect place to be. We will defiantly rent this home again.

A warm and lovely place to stay

We were In town for a funeral. This place was such a warm place to come back to each evening. Being able to park the rental car in a garage gave me a feeling of security I don't have when I stay at a hotel. The home was stocked with even more niceties than we expected to find. It was close to everything we needed to attend. The owner was quick to help us in anyway we might need. Thank you so much! I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Older Mobile home that looked cute but smelled really bad from day 1.

We stayed several weeks during a relocation because it seemed cute and comfortable enough and I tried everyday to help get ride of the odor/stink. Nothing worked. The owner had had her own dogs there and they must have left their pee odor plus the house had water leaks and moisture problems the whole time there. The owner had told me that an earlier couple did not want to stay there because of the odor either. There were NO screens on the windows to air it out and lots of mosquitoes from all the moisture. My friends and family all noticed the pee odor also. The outside grass and patio was like a swampy rain forest. I swept water puddles off the pre-stained patio everyday and had a very difficult time picking up poo from my little dogs due to the swampy wet grass. I notified the owner about this by text, but in the end she blamed me for her own "Pre-existing problems" and charged me by "keeping some of my deposit to fix her own problems" even though she did admit to us that the house had a water leak under it the whole time we were there which could have caused some of the odor. I left the house clean and straightened but could do Nothing to fix her Pre-existing problems. My little dog did "mark" one spot on an ottoman just before we left BUT that did NOT cause her Pre-existing odor problems. It could have been a positive experience in a mobile house but the owner's Unprofessional attitude and excuse to collect more money at the end will long be remembered as a negative experience and one I do NOT wish to repeat. Please take the Red Star "OFF" the Loved it and place on NOT Really. I tried but couldn't.

WOW, this was a friend I tried to help out; and we all know how that goes. There was a water leak which has been addressed and I had the carpets and furniture cleaned after she and her 3 little dogs departed. I'll let you read ALL of my other 5 star reviews, and you can be the judge.

Awesome place to feel at home and relax.

This was the second time that we rented this house from Jenny within a year. That speaks for itself. This place is so clean and comfortable, we felt so much at home. Jenny accommodates you with more than you could ask for. Close to everything fun and entertaining. Quiet and safe neighborhood. TV in every room. Nice garage for your car. Relaxing backyard to sit in. Thanks for making our stay in ABQ so wonderful!

Great Vacation Rental!

This was an ideal vacation rental for our family stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the living area along with the fully equipped kitchen! Comfortable, accommodating and full of amenities!

As a balloon crew/family arriving in Albuquerque for the International Balloon Festival, we first interacted with the homeowner, Jenny, requesting an earlier arrival time. Jenny was very gracious and welcomed us with a "no problem". This accommodation continued throughout our stay. The house location was convenient to the fiesta launch field and we soon found our way around town. The property is nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. From the kitchen plusses (wine cooler!) to the washer/dryer, we felt right at home and had everything we needed. On the days we had time, the gas grill was a nice touch as well. Having driveway space for a king cab truck and balloon trailer parking made this space one we hope to return to in the future. Not sure we want to recommend to our ballooning friends; we want to keep it for ourselves! Thank you Jenny!

Ideal family vacation rental

The house was perfect for my family vacation. We were able to spend more time together rather than separated in 3 hotel rooms on various floors. The home provided us with convenient access to shopping, dining, theaters, The Cliffs amusement park and more. When we returned to the home for the day, we were able to enjoy a family cookout in a relaxing back yard atmosphere and settle back comfortably to a movie. This two master bedroom with the additional twin sleeping room (every room having a bathroom or 1/2 bathroom) was absolutely ideal for our family vacation. Already looking forward to visiting again.

Ina-House :)

We had an absolutely lovely time vacationing here!... having a large family it would normally take 3 hotel rooms to vacation and then we wouldn't always able to be together. Since my spouse and eldest travel for work, it's nice to be able to meet up in new locations and stay together as a family where we can bond and enjoy our time. This home was perfect for that. Lovely inside and out. We enjoyed our family cookouts, and movie nights. Close to shopping, dining, theaters, and The Cliffs amusement park where we had a great family day. Then relaxed on the back patio to the lovely yard that was welcoming. Couldn't imagine a better vacation home. Already trying to plan time to come back and visit on another family fun retreat vacation at this lovely "Ina House." Thanks for having us. Hope to visit again real soon.

Loved our stay!

We stayed at the Ina House last year for the Albuquerque dog show and had a great time. The only thing on our wish list, at that time, was that some grass be put in the backyard. We were back to stay at the Ina House again this year and are happy to say that the grass was in!! The pictures are a perfect representation of the home. The house is roomy and the decor is lovely. I love the gated back porch and my Portuguese Water Dog loves the large yard. The neighborhood is quiet and in the mornings my pup and I enjoyed the short walk over to the park. The kitchen is great and well supplied. The house is just about a minute from Interstate 25 and there are plenty of nice places to dine close by. The owner is very prompt to get back to you when you have questions. We are hoping to stay at the Ina House again next year!

Owners refused to refund damage deposit

Even though we left the house cleaner than when we arrived, they refused to refund our damage deposit. Although the house was comfortable, their were dirty dishes and dirty kitchen chairs. The drawers and closets were full of personal belongings which were a bit uncomfortable. The location is quite far from Old Town and took 20 min. by car. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company and waiting to hear back from VRBO.

Overall a comfortable, very well equipped, perfectly located vacation rental for up to 6 guests.

My family spent the month of February enjoying the sites (tram ride to Sandia Peak, zoo, planetarium, museums, shows, and more), great food at Sadie's Mexican restaurant, Sun Luck Chinese restaurant, and since we are health nuts, the raw juice bar named "Squeezed" just a few blocks from the house. The location afforded easy access to every attraction we wanted to see. Just a few blocks from I-25. The property was well maintained, clean and stocked with every utensil/gadget you'd have in your own home, plus some coffee and food stocks to get the vacation started before the first food shopping. The owner inquired about any special needs before we arrived and was quick to answer questions and give directions whenever we asked. The private covered patio got some use, even in February, because temperatures were mild in the afternoons. The house is pet friendly and our small dog was able to enjoy the backyard with us.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought this house because of the location and because the little lady took such good care of the place. Being at I-25 & Paseo Del Norte, we are really in the middle, and can get anywhere in the city within 20 minutes. There are many, many restaurants and shopping venues within 2 miles from the house. Plus, for business purposes; we are located close to I-25 and the Jefferson Business Park

The home is on a quarter acre, so, there's a lot of room to play. You can drive a vehicle to the back yard and keep it locked up. Plus, the house has parking for 9 vehicles.
