Hello Caitlin, It’s quite difficult to remedy the roots of the beautiful Mulberry trees growing toward and under the driveway without cutting down the closest tree. The trees create the most beautifully shaded front yard. There are ways to roll over the lip in the driveway so not to scratch underneath your vehicle. I am sorry you found it difficult. I drive a low profile vehicle as well. I hope you enjoyed some of the local establishments from the long list we shared with you prior to your stay! Thanks for taking such wonderful care of my home. We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate home. Every space is decorated with great attention to detail, showing true pride in ownership. The spotless kitchen is well appointed, LOTS of hangers in the closet (yay!), super comfy bed (we only used the master) great outdoor space for soaking up some rays and for our dog to frolic. As a solar light junkie myself, I really enjoyed all the lights coming on in the evening in the backyard. So pretty!! Location was perfect for us, close to Old Town, Zoo etc, all within a 15 minute drive. Neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely choose to stay here again! What a lovely home!!!!

The house is exactly as pictured. My husband loved having coffee in the morning on the back patio. Location was great for us as it was minutes away from our daughter at UNM. Check in was easy and in fact we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us!

Family stay

This is a comfortable, secure, and well appointed home in an older neighborhood in Uptown Albuquerque. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the abundance of both creature comforts and decorative touches. This home would be appropriate for both short and longer stays. Perfect Vacation Home Away From Home!

This house was absolutely the most perfect place to stay for our family vacation with our young adult children! We had an amazing week staying in this comfy and clean home. We loved having the backyard patio area and the beds were very comfortable. This neighborhood is convenient, quiet, and we were able to envision a space that was clean, crisp, cheerful, and an easy place that guests would enjoy staying at.

Whether staying for a few days, few weeks or a few months, this home provides total comfort and plenty of indoor & outdoor space. We updated and upgraded the home with quality materials, fixtures, floors, hardware, and did not cut corners, and this includes the furnishings, compared to many vacation rentals where owners end up using furniture pieces that are too small or not functional. The property sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably, so the living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and arm chair that easily provides seating for 6+ adults; the dining room table & patio table also seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with attractive/matching dishware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, coffee maker & coffee pods, Ninja air fryer, and other small appliances. There is a full size washer & dryer that guests are welcome to use, along with iron/ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, etc. Extra sets of high thread count bedding and ample topnotch bathroom towels are included. The backyard is fully landscaped with a mature lawn, fire pit area, outdoor fireplace, covered patio, multiple outdoor seating areas, hammock, planting beds, outdoor lighting, and gas BBQ Grill. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the Living Room, along with Roku's, and no additional charge for High Speed Xfinity WIFI. We have worked hard to anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a space that we would find comfortable if we were visiting and staying there.
