Just a few minutes drive from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Bay County Pier, PCB Pier, Skywheel and so much more! Current Max Occupancy 7 Guests. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. No smoking, no illegal drugs or underage drinking, no parties allowed in or outside of house on the property. More about the property:
This is a two-story duplex home on a quiet block of residential/short term homes. Easy parking for two vehicles in front driveway. Three bedrooms upstairs - two with queen beds and one with a triple bunk. (180 lb weight limit on each bunk) two full bathrooms, one up and one down. Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig coffee maker. We also supply beach towels and a beach wagon with 2 beach chairs, a beach cooler, umbrella and some sand toys and volleyball.

No Smoking, Vaping, Illegal Drugs, Underage Drinking allowed anywhere on property - this is strictly enforced to ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all guests.
