Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space and an amazing balcony allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The property also has a beautiful shared infinity pool with amazing views to the Marina and an indoor health club.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

Both bedrooms contain a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Important note: A new building is currently under construction to the left of the property. As a result, noise will carry to the balconies and, at times, inside the apartment.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Boasting an impressive number of luxury skyscrapers, a range of dining and entertainment options and best of all, it offers urban waterfront living. Dubai Marina has it all! Including Dubai Marina Mall, located conveniently on Sheikh Zayed Road, offers residents a variety of retail options, covering everything from high-street fashion, retail stores, a supermarket and more. Besides shopping, you can dine at the various F&B outlets or catch a movie at Reel Cinemas.
The Beach mall is also close to the marina, offering residents an outdoorsy and off-beat shopping experience.
Furthermore, Marina Walk is lined with alfresco cafés and restaurants with delicious cuisines from all over the world to entice your taste buds. There is also a wide variety of casual restaurants along with fine dining options and nightspots.

The best way to get around is by car or taxi.
To indulge in watersports, you can head to JBR Beach. This popular beach is easily accessible from most towers via Dubai Tram.
Visitors can enjoy a range of activities, including water sports, parasailing, banana boating, and wakeboarding.
The other open beach is over in Jumeirah, which is a 30-minute drive away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
