This lovely 134 sq.m. apartment is located on the 28th floor, accessible by elevator.
This elegant open-plan living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV and large windows that overlook the Marina. Sliding doors open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends.
The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The Master bedroom in particular has striking views of the Marina.
The three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guestâs passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
