Welcome to your beachside retreat in beautiful Mexico Beach! Just 1 block from the sandy shores, this cozy beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your coastal getaway. The pool is a 2 minute walk down the street in our quiet neighborhood & the golf cart is included at no extra cost! Pool is heated in winter months!

Step inside our home to find a bright and airy living space, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after a day of sun. This house offers a variety of sleeping arrangements including a king bed, full bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed. The house features three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and access to your favorite connected TV apps.

Be sure to cool off in the pool located in our charming beachside community, or rinse off in our outdoor shower with complete privacy. We look forward to hosting you in this special home!

*2 minute golf cart/car ride to the beach
*9 minute car ride to St. Joe Beach
*20 minute car ride to downtown Port St. Joe

We provide 4 beach chairs, tent, wagon and beach toys for kids. We do not provide beach towels, so please BYO!

We had a marvelous time! The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach stay! The umbrella and chairs meant we didnt have to pack our own and the golf cart kept us from getting a huge amount of sand in our own car! We will definitely recommend this to friends looking for a laid back relaxing beach stay!

The house was very cute! Perfect for our family reunion trip. The golf cart was the highlight. Not really anywhere to sit and hangout outside but it was close to everything and the neighborhood pool was great! Would stay again for sure.

Overall I have nothing but good things to say about the property and host. The house was beautiful and clean and the included golf cart was so handy for getting down to the beach. The community pool was clean and easy to access and seasonally heated so my kids could enjoy it during our march spring break. We did have an issue with the A/C not working on arrival but the host was so prompt and attentive in getting it fixed and it was up and running by the time we went to bed our first night. Excellent property. Kind and attentive host. Would definitely stay at this property again

Nice Place and Quiet

This is a very nice house with plenty of room for our family of 8. Could of easily accommodate 10. Place was very clean and owners were very responsive to messages. I would stay here again. Short drive to beach in car or Golf Cart parking for golf cart was hard to find an area.

Super nice house, very clean and spacious. It came with golf cart included which was great. The only complaint I have is the lack of parking, with three full sized vehicles it was kind of tight especially having to move one each time you want to get the golf cart out of the garage. Other than that the house gets an A from us. Thanks.

Well stocked and comfortable stay

We had an easy process from start to finish. Checking in and communication with the owners was great. This house is stocked with all the comforts of home. It was nice to not have to load our car down with all the extra items. This kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook in! The beach items were cleaned and in great shape for us to use. The golf cart made trips to the pool a breeze. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a low key easy family vacation.

Mexico Beach is a hidden gem - clean beach, beautiful water and just far enough from the crowds. It's become a special place for us to get together with friends.

Our home has been completely updated with a fresh, clean and modern look! We have brand new mattresses, linens and bath towels in all rooms. Check out our brand new golf cart to make that quick walk to the beach a little more fun. And when you are back from the beach and ready to hit up that fresh water, rinse off in our brand new outdoor shower (hooked up with hot water!), or enjoy a dip in the neighborhood pool.
