Overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable even though the weather was terrible. However, we did experience issues with the air in the condo. We did keep temperature on all floors as advised by renter. However, hot air kept coming out of the vents, which got uncomfortable at times due to the humidity outdoors.

Hi Denise, Glad you had a great experience overall. As in mentioned in my messages while you were staying, what you are referencing is an Eco setting on the air conditioner. It lowers the humidity in the house to prevent mold. It’s a very important setting for our location on the beach. However, I could have turned it off remotely had you just asked. I’m sorry that made your stay less than perfect.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Would recommend anyone to BOOK NOW. There was sufficient room for our group of 8 that included 3 little ones. Every room and bathroom provided much space and privacy. The coastal cottage style decor was an added bonus that made everyone extra comfortable during our down time. On top of the house itself being perfect, it was also well stocked, from kitchen supplies to toilet paper to beach chairs and toys. The walk to the beach was also very easy. We would love to return to this fabulous location!

Wonderful place Wonderful host

The condo was beautiful and clean , everything was right there that we needed and convenient! We loved it and it so close to the beach it was so easy and the patio underneath was great area too!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We recently stayed at this beach rental and had an absolutely fantastic time! The location was ideal, just steps away from the pristine beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf every day. Fabulous vacation home!

This large well equipped vacation home is the perfect place for a large family or group. Haley leaves plenty of “starters” to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms make vacationing a real pleasure. My family of 6 adults & 3 children loved being here for the second year in a row.

Nice place. Perfect for our crew. We loved that we had the use of the nice beach cart with huge wheels. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes/utensils. The bedrooms were nicely put together with plenty of room for all of us.

Mexico Beach

Very nice property with great amenities. The four floor townhouse was very clean and well kept. It was within easy walking distance to the beach with some nice views off the three rear balconies. The town house is located within easy driving distance to Port St.Joe and walking distance to resturants and food trucks in Mexico Beach.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beautiful Mexico Beach house with our family of nine—three couples and three small children—and it was the perfect spot for us. The home offered plenty of spacious common areas where we could all hang out and spend time together, while the four bedrooms and 3.5 baths also gave everyone the chance to retreat to their own private spaces when needed. It struck just the right balance for a multi-generational family trip.The house was decorated beautifully with quality furnishings and appliances throughout, making it feel both stylish and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach, with a playground right across the street, and a coffee shop, gift shops, restaurants, and food trucks all very close by. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby.We especially appreciated how well-equipped the home was for beach days. It came stocked with beach towels, chairs, a beach cart, and sand toys, which made packing up and heading out so easy (especially with little ones in tow).Hayley, our host, was wonderful—very responsive to our questions and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and made priceless family memories with our married children and grandchildren. We would happily return and highly recommend this lovely beach house!

The home was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, cookware. The beach access was amazing with a 1 minute walk. The bedrooms were large with plenty of room on the kitchen level for everyone to hang out. The outside bathroom and shower was very handy. The refrigerator at the entry level mud room was a great choice for extra drinks and fruit.

Beautiful !

Mexico beach is a favorite destination for our family and this house only made it better! Everything about it is beautiful! The house was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay more comfortable. Lots of room for our growing family! A favorite feature was the outdoor bathroom! The house has beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Will definitely be booking again!
