This newly renovated townhome has three stories with balconies on every level and gorgeous views. Very spacious with a huge living area on the entire first floor. Located south of Hwy 98 and steps to the beautiful sandy beaches of Mexico Beach. Parking for up to 3 cars on the ground level and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Enjoy coffee and happy hour on the balconies or the beach! Perfect for families with 3 master suites and a large kids' room with two beds and in-room vanities. All rooms have smart TVs and Wifi. Sleeps 11 comfortably!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Would recommend anyone to BOOK NOW. There was sufficient room for our group of 8 that included 3 little ones. Every room and bathroom provided much space and privacy. The coastal cottage style decor was an added bonus that made everyone extra comfortable during our down time. On top of the house itself being perfect, it was also well stocked, from kitchen supplies to toilet paper to beach chairs and toys. The walk to the beach was also very easy. We would love to return to this fabulous location!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this beautiful Mexico Beach house with our family of nine—three couples and three small children—and it was the perfect spot for us. The home offered plenty of spacious common areas where we could all hang out and spend time together, while the four bedrooms and 3.5 baths also gave everyone the chance to retreat to their own private spaces when needed. It struck just the right balance for a multi-generational family trip.The house was decorated beautifully with quality furnishings and appliances throughout, making it feel both stylish and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach, with a playground right across the street, and a coffee shop, gift shops, restaurants, and food trucks all very close by. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby.We especially appreciated how well-equipped the home was for beach days. It came stocked with beach towels, chairs, a beach cart, and sand toys, which made packing up and heading out so easy (especially with little ones in tow).Hayley, our host, was wonderful—very responsive to our questions and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and made priceless family memories with our married children and grandchildren. We would happily return and highly recommend this lovely beach house!

The condo was beautiful and clean , everything was right there that we needed and convenient! We loved it and it so close to the beach it was so easy and the patio underneath was great area too!

Fabulous vacation home!

This large well equipped vacation home is the perfect place for a large family or group. Haley leaves plenty of “starters” to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms make vacationing a real pleasure. My family of 6 adults & 3 children loved being here for the second year in a row.

Nice place. Perfect for our crew. We loved that we had the use of the nice beach cart with huge wheels. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes/utensils. The bedrooms were nicely put together with plenty of room for all of us.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Very nice property with great amenities. The four floor townhouse was very clean and well kept. It was within easy walking distance to the beach with some nice views off the three rear balconies. The town house is located within easy driving distance to Port St.Joe and walking distance to resturants and food trucks in Mexico Beach.

This property was great for our large family gathering and had plenty of space for everyone. Upon arrival there was sand left behind from prior renters on the furniture and floors, but Hayley was very responsive, quick to offer solutions, and made the process easy.One thing I do think people should be aware of is that there is now a large new home in front of the property that is not shown in the current listing photos and does obstruct the ocean view. An unobstructed view or close to no obstruction was one of the main reasons we chose this home based on the photos, so this may have influenced our decision had we known beforehand. The ocean is not really visible from the main living area due to the home in front, and a palm tree also blocks part of the side ocean view. The third-floor kids’ room actually had the best ocean view. This did feel a little misleading when we arrived. That said, the house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and other beach supplies available. Some of the chairs were a little worn, but it was still great having them there instead of needing to bring everything from home.The home does not have an elevator, so keep in mind there are three flights of stairs. This could be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely

Thank you for your detailed review of our Mexico Beach property. We are glad you felt it was great for your large family and had plenty of space. Because it was such a last-minute rental (within the 24-hour window), it wasn't as pristine as we would have liked it to be. I have definitely discussed this with our cleaning crew. Additionally, the home is specifically described as beach view (not unobstructed beach view) in our listing. We are two lots back from the beach, and there are houses all around us. We have not had a chance to have professional photos re-done yet since the new house has been finished, but will add a disclaimer that there is now a house between us and the beach that blocks some of the view. We hope you still enjoyed the view from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. We pride ourselves on being honest and helpful, so I am sorry you felt a little misled by the new construction. Hopefully you were still able to enjoy all the other wonderful amenities.

The home was well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, cookware. The beach access was amazing with a 1 minute walk. The bedrooms were large with plenty of room on the kitchen level for everyone to hang out. The outside bathroom and shower was very handy. The refrigerator at the entry level mud room was a great choice for extra drinks and fruit.

Mexico beach is a favorite destination for our family and this house only made it better! Everything about it is beautiful! The house was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay more comfortable. Lots of room for our growing family! A favorite feature was the outdoor bathroom! Beautiful Townhome

This townhome was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed our stay! Zero issues, steps to the beach and walking distance to some cute shops. We walked to get ice cream most nights! Thank you to Hayley for being so easy to work with. We will be back!
