This home was once my own haven, and I’m so excited to share it with you! You'll immediately feel at ease in the bright, welcoming rooms, designed for comfort and relaxation.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 cozy bedrooms:

A king-sized bed in the master suite for ultimate relaxation
A queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep
Two twin beds in the third bedroom, ideal for families or friends traveling together
Kitchen:
For those who love to cook, our fully stocked kitchen will feel like home. With stainless steel appliances, a reverse osmosis water system, and everything from baking supplies to a smoothie blender, you can prepare anything from casual meals to gourmet feasts. And if you'd prefer dining out, great local restaurants are just a short drive away!

Relax & Unwind:
When it's time to unwind, the heated pool will quickly become your favorite spot. Dive in, soak up the sun, or enjoy a peaceful evening swim. We also provide pool towels, so no need to worry about packing extra.

OMG, this home is spectacular!! The layout, the pool, the decor, all the goodies to use at the beach or riding bikes in the neighborhood... Honestly, there wasn't ANYTHING that we needed to use that we didn't find somewhere in the house! Even the knives were sharp!! LOL... need a pen or pencil? there's some on the table. Towels? look in the closets! Want a floaty for the pool, look in the garage! Seriously, we wanted for NOTHING. We were able to find and go to three different restaurants and visited three different beaches!! My husband was able to Jet ski every day!! He was in Heaven! We saw some lovely sunsets and a great drum circle... ALL withing 10 minutes of the house!! OH and the beautiful Venice Pier was awesome too... I have never seen so many STARS! PS: the fact that we could bring our elderly dog, was the BEST too. She is almost 14 years old and doesn't do well when we are away so it was magical to bring her with us!! She did have to figure out what sliding glass door were, tho!! She's never seen them before!! Our Host, Helena was wonderful too... she responded to my messages and questions within hours and could not have been any nicer!We had such a great time, we are already to set up our NEXT visit!! THANK YOU for a wonderful week in Paradise!!

South Venice Gem!

My husband and I spent two weeks at this wonderful home. I loved listening to audio books while walking the neighborhood each day while he chose to lounge by the pool with a hardback. The house is well stocked with everything you will ever need, or think you might. The location is convenient to everything: beaches, parks, restaurants, Publix, shopping, ice cream and more. Elena is quick to answer messages and very accommodating, this rental is a gem!

Great place

I would return for sure says it all. The home is perfect with lots of space and all the kitchen items you would need.There is every store close by including shopping, groceries, fuel and restaurants which is very convenient.There are endless sightseeing, parks and outdoor adventures to be had in the area. And we took in as much as we could. The main street of Venice is not to be missed during the day or at night when it’s all lit up. It is beautiful.Hope to come back to see more. As promised

We had a great time! This property is very comfortable and is exactly as promised. Check in was super easy and Elena contacted us early to let us know we could get in early. She checked in after we got there to make sure everything was good. It was great having the screened in pool area. It was set up well for our dog as well. There were quite a few extra things that other places don’t provide - they were really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Property is even better in person. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, beds were extremely comfortable, location close to everything, and the lanai/pool area was perfect for those hot days! Host was communicative and responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our holiday week with family grilling out and relaxing. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Spotless house in good location

On the date of our arrival, we were notified by Elena, our hostess, that we could check in a few hours early. When we arrived, we found a spotless house. From the garage to the pool, everything was clean. The house is equipped with everything you will need. Bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, even pickleball paddles. The washer and dryer were also appreciated. The house is located just minutes away from several beaches. We visited 8 beaches during our stay. Several stores and restaurants are also only minutes away. Elena was a great hostess and responded almost immediately to our questions. She was very pleasant and informative. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Venice!

I love this property so much! It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood close to everything that Venice has to offer. The house is super clean and stocked with everything that you need. I appreciate that this special house is pet friendly and has a fenced in back yard. The pool and patio is my favorite and the outdoor shower is a nice touch. It's the only place I want to stay when I come to Venice every year. Elena made sure that the check in and out process was super easy. Her communication and pleasant vibe made it a pleasure to do business with.

Great House! Great Pool!

This was a beautiful home. Loved it. The only problem was that the pool boy never came to clean the pool, but it wasn't bad for swimming. I got bit up by what they call down there "no see-ums" by the poolside. Other than that, it was great!

Great Vacation Stay

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was great! My 5 year old loves the warm pool. It was within a 15 minute drive to so many great beaches. Elena was a great hostess and communicated everything I needed to know without me having to ask. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Accommodation

Elena, our host, was fantastic and stayed in contact. The house was beautiful and spacious. Great floor plan. The location was central to all we wanted to do in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The garage had extras that were great for fun… lawn chairs, cooler, bicycles, canoe. Screened in pool was great.

If only the weather was as nice as this property

This was one of the cleanest houses I have rented, and I would never have known it was dog friendly. If you don’t have a pet, don’t let that stop you. The lanai has a nice-sized covered area with morning to mid-day sun just outside the overhang but out of the wind, which came in handy during the cold spell we encountered. All necessary hand, bar, dish, and laundry soaps were provided, along with paper towels and good quality toilet paper. This is a quiet area with easy access to stores, beaches, and a wonderful park. A full set of instructions were provided which were very accurate and helpful, along with a folder of maps with local park trails. The beds were comfortable and plenty of night lights illuminate all hallways. It was nice to have access to parking in the garage during inclement weather. The owner was quick to respond and obviously a caring property manager.

Absolutely Amazing

This house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do this place justice. The pool was amazing to have. We loved the uniqueness of the layout. Me and my family truly had an amazing time. Perfect Home

Amazingly relaxing getaway

We loved this property. The home is beautiful and such a peaceful little retreat with the fenced in backyard. Very centrally located to many main attractions, close to shopping, grocery, beaches, etc. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. We rode bikes to Shamrock Nature Preserve, frequented Caspersan Beach for shark tooth hunting, Brohard Paw Park which our dog LOVED, and a short half hour drive for a day at Siesta Beach if you're looking for that powdery white sand experience. The house has everything you could need for cooking or relaxing by the pool. Host was wonderful and very responsive. This is definitely at the top of our list for favorite Florida rentals.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, just as it was listed. The decor was very nice and the extra touches of books to read, cards for family game night, etc we’re definitely a plus! I loved the 2 living room areas. If you were not into watching tv you could tuck away in the second living room and play a game, read a book, or just talk. The stocked kitchen has pretty much all you need to be able to cook at home. The home was very clean and inviting. The owner was very kind and quick to communicate with. The near by beaches were very convenient and we very much enjoyed the pool. We spent lots of time in the pool and had meals by the pool thanks to the fan and the beautiful 6 person table and chairs out there. It also made for a great spot to sit and read because we were outside, in the shade, fan blowing, and so quiet. My only negatives were not even to the owner or the house, but about the previous renter. There was food in a trash bag in the fridge upon arrival which I forgot to add to our trash at departure. (Sorry, we used the opposite side of the fridge and headed out early with them calling for bad storms and possibly a hurricane) and a piece of the handle to the dishwasher was broken and on the floor upon arrival. Also, the neighbor was getting a new roof so the last few days were very loud with the workers yelling and talking, their music, and the roof work. We were all woke up very early. No fault to the owner, just bad timing of our trip.

Perfect family getaway

We loved this home! The location in a quiet neighborhood, the pool, the floor plan allowed us to enjoy our time at the house doing our own things when we weren’t on the beach or shopping! Very clean! I used to clean condos and I was custodial at our church, so I know the importance, and the housekeeper does amazing. We ate in a lot, the kitchen is well stocked and the grill was perfect! Loved that there were plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, towels available for our use. Would definitely recommend this home! Dorelle was always available any time we contacted her. Very kind.
