Gulf Strand liegt auf dem Sand im Herzen von St. Pete Beach und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu den besten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spas und natürlich den herrlichen Gewässern des Golfs von Mexiko. Diese Dachgeschosswohnung ist im Florida-Stil mit hellen Farben und vielen Schätzen eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der nach Nordwesten ausgerichtete private Balkon bietet Ihnen einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf den weltberühmten Sonnenuntergang und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf, den Sie mit Ihrem Morgenkaffee genießen können.

Es gibt viel Platz für vier Gäste, mit zwei großen Bädern und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Alle Strand- und Badetücher sowie ein kompletter Satz Bettwäsche werden bereitgestellt.

Das Resort ist klein und privat mit nur 35 Eigentumswohnungen, einem schönen Pool und einem Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Sand, zugewiesenen Parkplätzen und der kostenlosen Nutzung von Grillmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse. Kostenloses WLAN, Kabel-TV sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner in einer Wohnung machen dies zur perfekten Unterkunft für eine Woche oder einen Monat.

Can't beat the central location directly on St Pete Beach. Ocean views from the condo. On site pool was great. Management company (iTrip) was excellent at communication and responsiveness.

The view was nice for the ocean. Had everything we needed to cook many meals and lots of fun beach toys for the kids. Grocery stores not far away and a Walgreens just a block away. The pool is heated and really nice. The hot tub was super hot. The unit is old, but still nice. Maybe a good deep clean needed. We saw dolphins while in the water and also from the balcony.

Nice location with easy check in!

Great location and view. You can see the Gulf from the kitchen, patio and bedroom windows. Although the condo is a little dated, it is stocked with everything you need. Very accommodating. King mattress needs to be replaced, but everything else was very nice. Very clean and tidy. Also furnished well. The pool and hot tub were great and all codes and instructions were perfect and easily accessible. The location offers tons of places to go and things to do. Great restaurant recommendations too.....absolutely loved Salt Rock Grille. Thank you for the great getaway.

Beautiful view, easy walk to several restaurants, super clean. It’s a bit dated but it was perfect for 2 people. We liked the quick walk to the beach, the elevator, and the fact that it’s next to the public beach so we could rent cabanas and lounge chairs.

Great location and value for money

We had a great time and the location is ideal for a beach holiday. The condo had everything we needed and felt very much like a home. We extended our stay by one day as we had such a good time. We would stay here again if visiting St Pete’s in future.
