Discover  the charm of Funshine Sunset Beach, a vibrant second-floor getaway just steps from the Gulf. Located directly across from the beach, this unit was not affected by Hurricane Helene and is fully safe and comfortable for guests. Please note the downstairs portion of the building is under repair and fenced off, with parking available in the back during construction. Enjoy balcony sunsets, soothing ocean sounds, and all that  Sunset Beach has to offer at a reduced rate.

The space

This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring locally crafted furniture and art that reflect  the laid-back Sunset Beach vibe. The space comfortably sleeps up to four guests, with a 60-inch TV above a hidden memory-foam Murphy bed, a plush couch, and an easy chair—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and the bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries for your  convenience. The tranquil bedroom offers a queen-size bed and ample closet space for longer stays.



Please note that weekday construction is taking place downstairs as repairs are completed following Hurricane Helene. Our unit was not damaged, and the construction area is fenced off. Most guests spend their days enjoying the beach, local activities, and sunsets—and appreciate the reduced rate during this time.



Beach chairs, toys, pool noodles, and a cooler are provided so you can fully enjoy all that Sunset Beach has to offer.

The Location

Sunset Beach is a quiet neighborhood at the southern tip of Treasure Island. Enjoy local favorites like Caddy’s restaurant and bar, and Ka’Tiki for live music and drinks. Publix grocery store and 7-11 are just a short drive away.





Other things to note

If you are interested in a stay longer than 28 days please send me a note prior to booking, there may be discounts based on your length of stay.

Guests must sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their ID and pay either leave a deposit or pay a non-refundable damage waiver prior to receiving their door code.

One parking pass is supplied. It must be kept in the car at all times. The condo complex will tow cars that do not have the parking pass clearly displayed.



Please return the parking pass when you check out. There is a $150 fee to replace the pass.
