Great beachfront spot

Our unit was very clean- we didn’t arrive until late at night due to flight delays. When we arrived, the unit had a strong “fishy” smell like seafood had been cooked in the unit. We had to air out the unit over the weekend, but other than that everything was fine. It was a bonus having the washer/dryer. It can get noisy with the balcony door open as this faces Gulf Blvd, but otherwise it was just fine for our group of 3.

Beachfront Condo

Overall we enjoyed the condo and the location. The property manager was unhelpful in assisting with parking passes and cleaning up clumps of hair from previous tenants. The condo itself looks like the description online. The owners left a sweet welcome note with snacks and a bottle of chardonnay. The short walk to the beach was so convenient!

Short getaway

My husband had a trade show to attend in Tampa, and we wanted to stay on the beach so we found this place and it was awesome. We have never stayed on the gulf side and we really loved it, especially the white sand and sunsets. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Comfy furniture, nice balcony, wonderful shower. Lovely small complex, and we loved it!

Place was as described

Nice place, lacked communication about what parking spot was assigned, how or where to get a parking pass, how to get the code to get to the beach. Check out is 10am, but someone coming at 10:01 knocking to tell me it's check out time is a little much.

Best Beach House Ever

My husband and I rented this condo to celebrate our birthdays. The place was immaculate and very well decorated. The condo had beach chairs, hard and soft cooler, and umbrella so we didn't have to buy anything. She even had the basic seasonings and oil spray which helped us even more. But the final touch that really made me wow was a Welcome Gift Basket in the Kitchen with a note from the owner welcoming us to the condo. She had a bottle of wine, 2 seltzer waters, coffee and other little items. That was a very nice touch. Great place, and great area, walking distance to a small mini mall which had stores and restaurants. We will definitely go back here. I rate this place 10 Stars!

Great Vacation Property

The condo was lovely! I was nervous about the pull out couch. It was very comfortable, a nice surprise! Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary to cook. Washer and dryer were a great amenity! Having two bathrooms was HUGE! We loved our stay!!

Beautiful condo , great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, open and airy with a nice Florida vibe! Location is great if you like being in the heart of things and steps to beach. View is ok with some ocean view. Parking lot & road are busy. View offers great people watching ! We liked that the building was not huge making it easy to get back and forth to pool, beach & etc easily. We would stay again !

Nicely decorated unit

Reservations went smoothly as well as easy check in procedure and instructions. Unit 207 at Gulf Strand is situated closer to the road with balconies overlooking public beach parking lot and street. You can see the ocean over the seagrass from one end of the balcony. If you want a great view from your unit, this is probably not for you, but if you want a nicely appointed, easy access place that is nicely decorated and many amenities, this is a great place to call home for a stay. Our unit was equipped with a small washer & dryer, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach towels which made beach days very convenient. The place was pretty clean although could use some definitive cleaning/dusting which I left a note for the cleaning service when we left. I would definitely stay here again, although a beach front unit would be great too. We visited a beach front unit when we met a couple there and it wasn't as nice as our unit but the view was great. You can't beat the location with Publix, Walgreens, CVS, cafes, restaurants all within walking distance. We took many beach walks as well as neighborhood walks and really enjoyed the area. Maybe someday we will retire and spend more time in St.petersberg/Tampa area.

Great location on beach

We enjoyed being steps away from the beach! The location is also very convenient to grab groceries or walk to restaurants. We found the king bed to be very firm and not very comfortable. The rental appeared to be clean, but the bottom of your feet would turn black if walking around inside barefoot, so I'd recommend the cleaning staff mop/scrub the floors for future guests. On our checkout day, the cleaner showed up half an hour early and waited outside the door, so we felt very rushed in having to leave before the checkout time.

Quiet Getaway, Perfect Location!

We were so happy to have found this property right in the heart of St. Pete Beach! While there is a lot going on just steps from the condo, it’s still nice and quiet inside when you want to relax. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to access restaurants and bars within walking distance, along with being able to walk right into the beach. Besides location, the condo is super cute, updated, and very clean. We got the cutest “welcome” basket, and communication was great! We couldn’t have asked for more and will absolutely check on this place next time we’re at the beach!

Clean beach and clean condo!

This condo was very clean. It was well furnished and nothing was missing! We would stay again! The one thing that could be better is some simple notes on how to operate the tv controls! They were very complicated! We were amazed at all the beach chairs, etc. that were there! The beach is so clean and absolutely beautiful!

Wow, just wow. What a PERFECT experience!

My 3.5 year-old-daughter and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful condo, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The beachfront access and pool made it easy for us to enjoy our stay without traveling everyday or paying for parking in a beach lot. The condo is redone beautifully, with so many amenities. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean up our bathing suits and beach towels, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the care basket we found upon our arrival was such a sweet touch. My little absolutely loved sorting through the snacks, not to mention the on demand function on the tv so we could watch bluey every night. This seriously is the best place for a getaway. 11/10 would recommend!!

Perfect

It was a lovely place and great location. The beach is beautiful. The condo has everything you'll need. All the extras too in the kitchen. Grill area is easy to use. Couple little hick ups we had were addressed right away. I only mention that because the customer service and communication was exceptional. Not that anything ruined our time spent there. It's as nice as the pics! We'll be back. And a big thank you for everything!!!!❤

Two-Year Anniversary Trip

A wonderful getaway and exotic slice of luxury, this condo's relaxing color scheme, fully furnished living and dining areas, and plethora of amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was technology friendly, and the complimentary gift basket added a unexpected but personal touch!

Perfect spot right on the beach with access to many amenities nearby

While the property building itself doesn't look glamorous, the owners have done a beautiful job updating and up keeping this rental. The inside is calm, beachy, and very clean. The balcony was a perfect touch to be able to sit outside after a day at the beach. The beach was so close and made it easy to run back to if we needed anything. The local amenities within a 5 minute walk (Publix, CVS, restaurants) were a great bonus considering we didn't take a car. We did need to communicate with the rental company at one point based on a personal request and when texting the number in the binder, they were very responsive and willing to assist. Would stay here again.

Cleanliness and dryer didn’t work

We reached out to customer service to let them know the dryer didn’t work. They emailed back right away and apologized and said they would contact the maintenance team. No one came to even look. We booked this site b/c it had a dryer and therefore packed lightly expecting to wash our clothes there, but couldn’t. Also, on the comforter my kids were supposed to use on the pull-out bed, there was blood. Luckily there were extra blankets. The room itself was beautifully updated. The location on the beach was amazing. I would recommend a better cleaning service and maintenance team. Other than those inconveniences, the stay was great. If those two areas improved I would stay again.
