Elegantly updated and spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that's a wonderful choice for your Kona trip with friends or family!
The clean interior design, the open layout, and the cozy high end furnishings are sure to make for a luxurious stay.
Enjoy the large covered lanai with plenty of space to dine, lounge, and gather right over the ocean.
Relax to the sound of waves and catch unforgettable sights of dolphins/whales (seasonal) playing out in the brilliant blue waters.
Start your day on the large private lanai, sipping freshly brewed Kona coffee right on the ocean. Unwind after a day in paradise with a beverage of choice in hand as you watch the sun sink into the pacific ocean right in front of you.
Both bedrooms have King sized beds, with comfortable Sealy memory foam hybrid mattresses and hotel quality white cotton sheets.
Both bathrooms have walk-in tiled showers with on-demand hot water.
The living room features a large 75" Samsung Smart TV with cable channels available through Spectrum, as well as access to all your streaming services. A Roku device is available as well.
The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking supplies and ingredients, and equipped with modern appliances including a freezer with an ice maker.
A Washer/Dryer with laundry supplies are available in the unit.
Beach/Pool towels, portable beach chairs, beach umbrella, a boogie board, and ice coolers are provided for your use.
The condo has central air conditioning.
The condo is part of an intimate 15 unit boutique condo complex.
Guests will have full access to the building's common areas including:
- The oceanfront pool and picnic tables
- Charcoal barbecue (charcoal and utensils provided in the unit)
- A small sandy beach--shared just with residents and guests of our building.
The unit is located on the top floor (3rd floor). The building does have an elevator, though 5 steps are required to get to the elevator from the parking lot.
You will have a reserved covered parking spot, located steps from the building entrance.
Other things to note:
The second bedroom can get road noise from Ali'i Drive. Noise dampening curtains are installed and a white noise machine is available to use as well.
The unit itself is recently updated, but the condo building is older (1979) and the age does show in some of the common areas, such as the elevator.
There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door which monitors the front entrance to the condo. There is a sound decibel monitor in the living room.
