The views from the balcony and inside the condo are better than the VRBO pictures!! You will have surfers to watch most of the daylight hours. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Holly, is available and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Week!

We stayed for six nights and loved our time on the Big Island. The property is exactly as listed. The view and sound of the surf are amazing. Not only was the property exactly as pictured, it was well stocked with quality supplies. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. Perfect set up for two couples!

Best sunset view in Kona!

3rd time in this building but first time in this unit. Wonderfully upgraded, central location to the elevator, best view of the beach and surfers. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve encountered with everything you can think of, including a full spice rack. So amazing !

Ironman Stay in Kona

The unit is very well decorated, furnished, and in a great location on Alii Drive for quick access to town. Oceanfront location within Bali Kai makes it very desirable. Guest room is very tight if both adults have suitcases.

This beautiful unit sits in a very modest complex, however the views and cleanliness of this superbly appointed condo will impress you! Holly is a 5 star host! Everything you need is in this unit. Ample parking too. We will definitely return!

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were welcomed with special touches that mades us both say wow! The condo is beautifully decorated. What truly took our breath away, though, was the unforgettable ocean view framed by palm trees. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.The host was outstanding! Their communication made everything seamless. They had everything we needed for our stay. Loved how they thought of every detail. Love the Big Island

Condo was the perfect spot for celebrating our 45th anniversary- beautiful picturesque views (including a full rainbow one morning!), great kitchen, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Holly was accessible, kind and hospitable! Thank you! We will miss the stunning sunsets on the lanai!

Lovely condo

There was nothing about this condo that wasn’t lovely. It’s right on the water with a gorgeous view, nicely renovated and furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. It was delightful to cook and have dinner on the lanai, or stretch out on a chaise longue, watching the waves. The owner was helpful and friendly.

Stunning View!

My family and I had the trip of a lifetime in Hawaii! We absolutely loved our condo sweet condo. Best view in the building, incredibly comfortable beds, and everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation stay. Loved the location, just far enough from town to be away from the busyness, but a close drive or free trolley ride in. Took so many sunset pics, having a few blown up and printed! Holly was super quick to respond to any needs. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

We just spent nine nights in this beautiful condo. It is SPOTLESS and has everything you need for a vacation stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with every pot, pan and utensil you need, including spices. The beds are super comfortable and the apartment is really quiet-- we never heard noise from neighbors. And the view is perhaps even more beautiful than the pictures. We did many activities our and around the island, but our favorite part of every day was coming home, sitting on the lanai and watching the sun set over the ocean. Bliss.

Unit was spectacular. Holly was a great host. She provided all the relevant information the day before we arrived. Upon arrival, she had opened the glass doors to let in the evening sea breeze and had Hawaiian music playing. Appliances were high end; cookware was plentiful as were all of the utensils. Holly left a welcome give of snacks and coffee. There were spices for cooking and ice in the freezer. As great as the unit was, the view was even better. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing place, location, & views

This place has everything you need for a fun, comfortable, and marine-animal packed stay! The view is amazing - every day we enjoyed a gorgeous view packed with surfers and one or more ocean superstars - brightly colored reef fish, spinner dolphins (sometimes more than 25 at a time!!), honu (sea turtles), and humpback and other whales. Not to mention the gorgeous colors for each night’s sunset. Now for the condo itself - both beds are comfortable and well appointed, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, and the living room and dining room spaces were thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Not to mention the lanai’s great dining table and comfortable chairs! The location is perfect for exploring Kona and surrounding areas, and there’s even a few small beaches right on the property. All in all, it was a great place and we’d highly recommend it.

Fabulous Penthouse Views

The pictures and description of the Penthouse is spot-on! The view is amazing. We sat on the lanai every morning drinking our coffee and watching the surfers and waves. We ate breakfast and dinner on the lanai. It was definitely our favorite part of the place. The place including the kitchen was will stocked with anything you need, the beds were comfortable, and did I mention the views...so amazing. I was concerned about the guest room being warm but there was a ceiling fan and a rotating fan our daughter/boyfriend were comfortable and it was humid during the day/early evening. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Papa Kona restaurant is very good! We ate there 3 times including Thanksgiving! We hope to return soon! Thank you Holly for sharing your beautiful Penthouse!

Fabulous stay with incredible ocean view!

I LOVED my two-week stay here. Amazing VRBO rental. It is exactly like the photos suggest... beautiful. Holly has it impressively stocked with everything one might need for a stay (dish soap, new sponges, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.).. you just need to get food. The view is incredible.. I loved watching the surfers nearby. What a treat. I kept the patio doors open with screens shut at night to hear the waves. I only used the A/C once for about 10 minutes on a humid day. But if you keep the top windows in the 2nd bedroom open, you'll get a nice cross breeze, esp. with the three overhead fans in the condo. Keyless door entry with a door code is also great. I looked at many condos and hotels online over the past few months before I chose this one, and I am so glad I did. Fantastic place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Perfect Spot on the Big Island

The condo: the view-I could have sat on that lanai all vacation. One morning we saw spinner dolphins while relaxing! The condo was comfortable and had everything (plus more) we needed. The rock beach was fun to go on to see what the ocean left in the tide pools. Communication: Holly was on top of everything and made sure we had information and access to what was needed. Very pleasant to work with.Neighborhood: the condo was located very close to downtown Kailua-Kona, but not so close that it was overly congested. It was a close drive to anywhere in the area.The island: a beautiful island with almost every biome available. I couldn’t have imagined the beauty it had to offer. So much to do(if you want). We didn’t hit everything on the checklist but are over the moon with what we did do. Top two on our fave list was helicopter tour and Manta swim. But there is so much more than that-just the beauty itself is enough. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us-it’s a trip that our family made so many amazing memories on.

Celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary

Outstanding view of the ocean and palm trees. A pleasure to watch the surfers from the incredible balcony which had plenty of seating and a table for meals and such. The condo was well stocked with the basics in the kitchen, and lots of towels. Best of all Holly was available whenever we needed her which was rarely. Neither of us wanted to leave. We'll definitely come back

Beautiful modern condo with amazing views

This was a beautiful unit. While most of the units in Hawaii are dated, this condo is the opposite- beautiful, updated, modern and clean. It was full of everything you needed- plenty of dishes (including wine glasses), beach towels, bath towels and extra linens. The kitchen has the extras you don’t want to purchase- (Like seasoning), and there is laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs stocked.The only negative for this condo is it is located outside of walking distance to town (probably about 3 miles). As long as you have a car (and parking is easy), there are no complaints.We would stay here again, without a doubt.
