Updated 2 BR 2nd floor Condo in small 16 unit development overlooking the pacific with amazing sunset views!! We purchased the condo in June, and it was a very active VRBO with a 4.8 rating and more than 40 reviews!! We have made a number of upgrades since purchasing the property and it's even better than before! Truly one of the best locations on the Big Island. Short walk to Magic Sands beach, and very close to town, restaurants, shops and all amenities. Reserved garage space with additional off street parking. This is truly the best of the best in Kona waterfront living.

Sunsets are magnificent from the balcony looking out to the ocean literally just 30 ft away and the pool is along the ocean and generally very uncrowded as there are only 16 units in the complex. Whales can be seen right from the balcony starting in December until March or April. King bed in the master, and two twins that can be converted to king as well prior to arrival.

Deep cleaning performed after every visit, with special emphasis on disinfecting all areas with alcohol during the pandemic. Bookings from 15-28 days during high season subject to 60/30 day cancellation policy.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the ocean and very close to town. The sunsets are incredible! The condo is quiet, comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated the recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc. We hope to visit again in the future.

The perfect place for our family of 3 during our Hawaiian vacation. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and where we spent most of our time. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for us - close to everything but far enough away to offer peace and quiet. Gorgeous, quiet location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was quiet, yet we were only a short drive from sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops. The lava rock beach out front was a beautiful place to watch sunset. The condo was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful lanai! The recommendations in the binder (in the condo, for guests to use) were really helpful as well :)

Beautiful view on a huge lanai

We booked this place after seeing the lanai in the pics. It’s like a second living space and where we spent most of our time in the condo. Everything else was really nice, but the lanai was spectacular! When we had questions, the hosts were quick to respond and even let us check out later since we had a red eye flight. Great place to stay!!

A very accommodating property, comfortable and convenient! Large lanai with spectacular sunsets and crashing waves on rocks below - achieved the Bliss! Well appointed condo to accommodate all needs and plenty of room for all to spread out and enjoy together or individually. Once in a lifetime....

We have been to the other Islands of Hawaii, but this time was incredibly special. I often imagined what it would be like to have front row seats to witness the incredible power of the ocean, the rhythmic sounds of crashing waves. We had a great stay at Nalu Bliss! The location from town and the snorkel spots we love was perfect. We spent our mornings out exploring and afternoons enjoying the ocean from our shaded Lanai. Great location

Nice property, well outfitted, beautiful lanai, access to town and shopping relatively close although a car is needed for most places you would go to. Close to good snorkeling. Right on the water. Pool was closed for repairs but they gave us a discount for that. Expensive but very nice.

Holidays at Nalu Bliss

I can't express how positive our experience was at Nalu Bliss - the condo is exactly as pictured and the location was perfect (a short drive from town but the benefit of having the most amazing view of the oceans and sunsets). Additionally, the condo was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, and even snorkel gear. Additionally, communication with the host was excellent. Would 100% recommend!

The View!

Our favorite part of our stay at this condo was the expansive balcony with the gorgeous view. We ate every breakfast outdoors and spent our evenings, whenever possible, watching the sunset. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach equipment. Fans in all rooms and AC when needed was a plus. Close to town, restaurants and groceries. We were so sad to leave this lovely place. Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Waterfront means Waterfront

We were hoping to get as close to the Pacific as possible. Any closer and we would have been in it. The veranda overlooking the ocean simply cannot be beat. The communication with the host was superb. Grab this listening if it is available. One note: it is a couple miles from the main entertainment center of Kona. You will need transportation.

The location and owners/mgrs lovely and responsive. The lani and view wonderful! A few suggestions: better pillows in twin room, the outside of bldg is looking worn but nothing owners prob can do,'a closet in master would be nice over make shift one but not end of world, a dresser with drawers then would be helpful, ice/water dispenser did not work, blender is not effective.. For the big price the view is spectacular but more details could be addressed!. Did not affect our lovely stay! Comments not to complain only to help. We stay at lots of vrbos so we basis of comparison

Has everything you could need with beautiful views

This place was great for a week long stay on the Big Island. It is close to the town of Kona (@2miles). We did not realize most of the major resorts were a lot further away. We went to Costco on the first day and we were able to make breakfasts and lunches for on the go. The kitchen really does have everything you could need - there was even tupperware to take our lunches on the go. I did not realize white sand beaches were hard to find and we used the beach right in front of our unit multiple times. The owner is very responsive and we could not be more pleased with this stay. IT is the little things - they had paper towels and garbage bags and dish soap that some other VRBO's lack that make it a very easy stay. You will not be disappointed!

Large Lania with Unbeatable View

All I could say when we walked in was "Wow!" It was exactly as the pictures showed. The large lanai with the view was our selling point and it did not disappoint. This was meant to be a restful and relaxing vacation for us so we spent most of our time on the lanai, watching whales pass by in the morning and listening to the waves, then enjoying numerous beautiful sunsets. Everything we needed was provided, including some thoughtful extras: coffee beans and wine. Mahalo. Although we didn't use them, there were a lot of beach accessories in the closet. Location here is everything. You are not far from good eating places north on Alii Drive toward town, as well as shopping opportunities in stores and marketplaces. We were sad to see some of our usual places closed, but happy that many were still there and open again. Although we normally stay in our time share in Waikaloa Beach area, we were more than happy with our experience at Nalu Bliss. The managers and owners were very easy to work with, the value was great, and we would definitely recommend it and return!! Thank you for sharing your place with us. Our vacation was everything we imagined it would be!
