PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 1 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs. NO SMOKING ALLOWED! 
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment.
