Owners are top notch all around. Likely our best vacation ever, and we have been to several islands. You never need to leave the beautiful home, however the licals are incredibly kind and there are some fun activities. Just perfect in every regard.

Best house on Exuma

This house is fantastic! So beautiful and well maintained. The pool is the perfect size and the beach out front is perfect for sand volleyball or relaxing! The owners were so great to communicate with and gave us easy access to everything we needed. House is perfect for a large family, four couples, or multiple families. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful week here. The property is amazing and has absolutely everything you need. We were two families traveling together and the layout is great providing space and privacy for everyone, as well as great common areas to all hang out together both inside and outside. The beach is fabulous and the hosts provide snorkel gear, paddle boards, kayaks, life jackets and floats. Five stars all around!

Property was perfect! The house had everything we needed! It’s paradise between the pool and the beach. Paddle boards, kayaks, floaties, beach chairs were all provided! There is a nice reef a few yards out that was nice for snorkeling! Will definitely return! The hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and provided us with suggestions and information that was very helpful ! We felt very safe there!

Truly Paradise

Absolutely the most beautiful well laid out beach house we have ever come across. Scott & Shelly are wonderfull host that are genuinely concerned with giving you the best advice and support possible while you enjoy their gem of a beach home! Nothing is overlooked. Everything was perfect

House and location were spectacular , were were literally stunned by the beauty when arrived. Even how house was furnished /decorated was great . Beach amazing , views amazing .very quiet. Owners are THE nicest people - eager to offer suggestions and share the beauty that is Exuma. House was well thought out by owners and is great for hosting families, couples, friends, etc. All 4 bedrooms are large as well as the bathrooms - 3 Bedrooms are King beds and 1 Bedroom is 2 queens .. exactly as described. The owners truly have you setup for fun water activities - pool floats, kayaks, paddle boards, 6 snorkel sets including fins. Being right on the beach is amazing - sunrises & sunsets are not to be missed. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need from appliances to plates to glassware to silverware. Would stay at this house again in a heartbeat ... you will seriously not regret renting this house while in Exuma!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at 2Hoty. From the time we booked the house through our stay, the owners were very communicative. The house had a great layout and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out on the pool deck. The refrigerator space was a bonus. If you're looking to relax this is the place. Very peaceful especially listening to the waves at night. Definitely have a local chef make dinner at the house it was probably our best meal of the week. The owners have a list of recommendations for pretty much anything you need for your stay. The house contacts during our stay were very helpful as well.

Perfect place for large groups

2Hoty was the perfect place for our group of 3 couples. Having 3 “master bedrooms” meant no one had to sleep in twin beds which most other large houses had. Waking up to that beautiful beach and being able to take long walks every day was a big plus. The kitchen was really well equipped and made cooking at home very easy. If you like specific spices for cooking, bring them with you. The house does have several spice mixes for grilling which were quite good. We spent our days boating, beach hopping, snorkeling, and just chilling out. Would definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

2HOTY is DA BOMB!

Our family and friends (4 adults and 6 kids total) just completed our FABULOUS stay at 2HOTY. It was AMAZING! The home overlooks the beautiful pool and the breathtaking blue water of the Caribbean. Believe me when I say "You will NOT want to leave this place." Scott and the property manager Spence could not have been better. They were friendly, courteous, and very communicative. I cannot give a more glowing recommendation of this home. If you have a large group looking to go to Exuma, then look no further than 2HOTY.

Amazing beachfront home on Tar Bay

I stayed at 2 Hoty with my husband and young adult children. This is our 3rd stay on Tar Beach and by far our favorite vacation rental. The home is thoughtfully designed to maximize its already amazing location. The kitchen is very well stocked for eating in, every bedroom has a beachfront location and view, The pool is beachfront and the pool deck is huge. The pool deck is elevated and is like an “infinity deck”, giving the appearance of being on the sand without getting sandy. The deck edge was my favorite place during our stay. The house was immaculately clean and communication with the owners was superb. There is a generator for those island power outages so we never had to go without power. Amazing beach and ocean right outside the door. We took long walks on the beach in both directions. Home is stocked with beach toys including kayaks, SUPs and snorkeling equipment. This was all well organized in the garage, in great condition and clean. Good WiFi and air conditioning. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

2HOTY deserves MORE than 5 stars!

2HOTY is a beautifully designed and furnished home overlooking the most incredible, blue waters of Tar Bay. We had two families which included five 21 year old 'kids'. The house was the perfect size for hanging out, cooking meals, and lounging around the pool. The weather was quite windy while we were there so the water and beach toys (paddle boards, kayaks, badminton, volleyball) weren't really usable. We did make great use of the corn hole game on the walk next to the house and the portable speaker. The water was warm enough to enjoy and the sandy beach is amazing. Scott and Shelly have an amazing house with almost everything you think you would need. Exuma is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation. You can be as low-key as you want or explore the restaurants or book an excursion. We visited Chat'nChill for the Sunday pig roast. There are several grocery store options but you do need to be creative as to what you prepare since, like most Caribbean islands, shelves are stocked on certain days and items can run out quickly. Overall, this property and the owners are definitely worth more than just a 5-star rating. We look forward to a return trip!

Great house with great Location and unbelievable views.

The real life version of this house is better than the pictures. Every picture we took we would like at and just agree that it does not capyure the beauty of the Exumas. The location is awesome as you are only 4-5 miles to Georgetown and about midway on the island. We rented a jeep and drove the island from tip to tip. Most restaurants are within a 20 minute drive. The house is very new and everything looks fresh and nice. All rooms were generpous in dimension so overall felt very luxurious. Scott the owner was so helpful and thoughtful it was unbelievable. Scott's recommended driver Kendo was an awesome driver who seems to be related to everyone on the island. We told him of of how we enjoyed driving down to Santanna's and how much we loved meeting the older lady in the bakery next door, and his reply is "that is my Grammy". Kendo is worth the price of the ride just for the entertainment value. And if he can't pick you up he knows someone that will. I walked as far up and down the beach in both directions and did not see a single house I would have preferred. and I have to believe the way 2Hoty is outfitted with everthing you might need for beach fun and watersports, it has to be the best appointed house on the island.
