Itzel, I am glad you liked the home. Regarding the screens on the sliders, we took them off since people kept on keeping the doors open while the air conditioning was on. This makes the air conditioning ice up and leak through the ceiling. Also the pool is cleaned twice a week so I will check to see what you are referring to with our pool guy. Thank you.

James, I am glad you liked the house. It is unfortunate that you didnt say anything avout any issues you had while you were there. We have a fulltime concierge and we have a maintenance persin that comes by everyday.that would have dealt with any of the issues right away. The wall plugs are only a breaker, the ice maker is a button on the frridge and the internet is a reset button in the laudry room. All of the issues could have been dealt with within 5mins. It is hard to fix something if we know nothing about it. That is unfortunate. We have set up a great management group and take pride in responding quickly to any issue that may occur. Ralph

David, Thanks for you review. The beach is now fully back since end of January. We lost it for the first time in 10 years during hurricane season this past October. Yes the no see ums are there when the wind is low. Fortunately the more you come to Exuma the less your body will react to the bugs:) See you again soon. Ralph

Natalie, I am sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectation. The mattresses are high end mattresses along with the linens. Each person has different preferences but we have provided what the majority of people love. The water pressure is from the city water system and is very good and we will check the fixtures to see if there are any issues. Having the homes off the road by 900 feet allows for quiet and a new entrance is being completed in the new year. A car or taxi is required for the 2 min drive for groceries and 5 mins to restaurants. Or food services can be brought in. Groceries are more expensive than in the US since everything needs to be brought in by boat and is normal for all islands in the carribean. We had some problems with our wifi while you were there and may have caused some problems with the firestick but we now have direct Fiber Optics for Wifi it has solved any issues. Thanks. Ralph

Thank you for your detailed review and noting the extra items that are in the house. It is unfortunate that it rained during your stay. The rain would have affected and proliferated the bugs. I hope the screened in porch was handy to have so you could enjoy the outdoors at dusk. The WIFI was just upgraded on the island and we are one of the first to have Fiber wifi. It has been very stable but the heavy rains must have found some week spots in the new system on the island. They have done repairs since. That kind of memory is everything, and we're so glad the home gave you the space to enjoy it. We're sorry the experience felt interrupted by a few hiccups along the way, that's genuinely not the stay we want anyone to have. We did want to share a little context on a few of the items, simply so other guests reading this have the full picture. The refrigerator needed a partial defrost on one side, but one side remained cold and fully functional the entire time and we're glad it was a quick fix. The screens were repaired within four hours of your call since it just came out the track, and the bathroom toilet turned out to be a simple clog that was cleared up right away. The WiFi outage was caused by a telephone pole being knocked down by a drunk driver, completely beyond anyone's control, and we so appreciated your patience in using hotspots to get through it. As for the dishwasher, it had already been ordered before your arrival and was replaced the week after your stay. We hear you that even small things adding up can take the ease out of a vacation, and we take that to heart. Your comfort really does matter to us. We hope the laughter, the beach, and the time with your family are what you carry with you most. And we'd be so happy to welcome you back to Seabatical we'd love the chance to give you the effortless stay this home is meant to offer.
