Just minutes from the airport and Emerald Bay, Cerulean Sands is a beautiful, tranquil spot to enjoy the beauty of the Exuma waters with great snorkeling just off the shore. (According to locals, it's a great spot to find lobsters). This fully-equipped, 4-bedroom home is ideal for a family or couples' getaway. Our beachfront deck provides an incredible view of the endless blue of the Caribbean seas, surf and sky. The home offers lavish accommodations and a spectacular deck and patio with heated pool and hot tub. Secluded sandy beaches and beautiful views. Easy access to airport, groceries, restaurants, tours.

The hosts were amazing, Vanessa and Cecil. The owner Heidi was very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful, close to shops and the airport but still super private. If you’re looking for a beautiful spot with a very cool beach and peace and quiet - this is the spot. We had some of the coldest weather in recent memory but still an amazing stay!

Pictures absolutely reflect the property!! Breathtaking views, pool, hot tub and beach areas for your enjoyment! It is beautiful and has everything you need! Centrally located to everything and so peaceful for the most relaxing vacation. Beds were so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Large monitor and work area for your laptop computer hookup! Vanessa and Cecil were so welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. We had Vanessa grocery shop for us, since we came in on a Sunday. It was perfect! Just bring your bathing suit and cover up and everything else is provided. Kitchen had everything even spices, soaps (shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets), tons of beach towels, outdoor seating, toys, googles, kayaks and grill with gas! You honestly do not need to bring anything but your clothes and sunscreen! In the house they have put together a very nice book of recommendations for things to do and eat. We did not want to leave. House was very clean and well maintained! We are hoping to return soon.

Secluded Paradise

Cerulean Sands was absolutely perfect and well thought out. Did not do without anything or wish it had more. Everything was provided down to comfortable throws for chilly evenings. Beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure, kitchen and laundry area well stocked. Beach towels and chairs and toys! Perfect getaway for all ages. Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home with amazing views!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The water surrounding it is spectacular with a beautiful beach. The house seems quite new and had everything we needed. I would recommend getting the fridge stocked by the host because there are limited grocery options nearby and most places close on Sunday.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. 4 adults (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 3 kids 10-16). The house is right on the ocean. With a pool. Caretakers are super responsive. About 20 minutes from GGT airport on Exuma. We did one 1/2 day boat excursion with snorkeling, feeding pigs and iguanas, some hiking, wading on sandbar. This was with Captain Perez or Crazy Bahamian.

The Best everything!!!

The best location. The best view of the ocean. Best walk down to the beach. . Best hot tub. Best swimming pool. The managers running the property are so amazing! The beds were so cozy. House is cozy and just perfect.

Just what we needed!

After a truly scary family emergency, we were in dire need of rest and relaxation. We found such respite in Exuma. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house, leisurely playing on the beach, exploring Exuma, and resting at the house. We loved our stay at Cerulean Sands

We had the most amazing vacation on Exuma and Cerulean Sands was a big part of that. The house is spectacular - great views, amazing pool, and beautiful accommodations. Heidi was great to work with and Vanessa was the best onsite host. She helped set up an Easter egg hunt for our kids, connected us with an amazing chef, and was just the best resource for our time on the island. We cannot wait to return - this house was set up with everything you could ever need!

Great house!

Beautiful house! Very secluded beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. Hot tub heats up pretty quickly! We told the property manager that the filtered water cooler wasnt working and they quickly brought over 2 cases of bottled water. There is snorkle equipment at the house, but some of that could be updated. Open kitchen, dining, family room area is great to spend time with family or friends. Deck around pool is also good for this.

Cerulean was amazing! Better than described. The views are amazing! The pool was an extra special treat to escape from the hot beach days. The beach is pretty much private. Spectacular sunrises. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked most meals at the house. Vanessa was a huge help arranging jet skis. I’d love to vacation at this home again someday.

Our stay was PERFECT! The communication was spectacular! Last minute, our hosts kindly accommodated a big request & adjusted our stay to one day earlier check-in. Anytime we had a question, Vanessa answered, and offered guidance within minutes. Her recommendations were spot on. The home was clean & spacious & the views were gorgeous! It was perfect for our family of 6, including our four adult children. We took in serene sunrises every morning. Our boys kayaked daily. We loved soaking in the hot tub at the end of our days. We enjoyed hiking the rocks along the beach and looking for shells together. It was exactly what we were looking for, only better. We had the perfect amount of privacy; and enjoyed relaxing as a family together daily by the pool; the lounges were so comfortable. We had plenty of shade and sun The layout of the home leads itself to this. The water was breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed renting a boat from Georgetown one day. Our boys went on a few fishing excursions, they caught more than enough to feed all 6 of us several nights. We had excellent supplies in the kitchen. We love to cook and did so almost every night. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, including a plethora of spices, knives, serving dishes and cooking pans. It was so nice to have filtered water readily available at all times. We loved having the washers & dryers too! Honestly, this was our favorite family vacation we’ve experienced. We hope to return!

I cant say enough about this property. Absolutely flawless location. The property is nestled on location that will take your breath away. Ask for chef Gavin to come to the house and cook. He wont let you down. Last but not least, Vanessa...she is incredible. She helped us with everything. She is so kind and knows everyone. Honestly she made the vacation better. Thank you!

Our stay in Exuma was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the turquoise waters and pristine white sand beaches. The house itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.Location: The beach house is ideally situated, providing easy access to the beach and breathtaking ocean views from every room. The serene and tranquil environment made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Amenities: The house was equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The spacious living areas, well-appointed bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable. The outdoor patio and private pool were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.Experience: What truly set this beach house apart was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Whether it was lounging on the beach, exploring the local attractions, or simply enjoying the stunning sunsets, every moment was magical.Overall: I highly recommend this beach house in Exuma, Bahamas to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. Absolute Perfection

I do not know how to even begin this review. Do I start with the amazing home, the stunning views, the comfortable beds or should I start with the cleanliness, the amazing staff (Vanessa and Cecil and the owners) and the fact the home offers even more than what you see on line! I thought there is nothing that can make this island better and then we showed up! Our kids (10 and 13) were in HEAVEN! Our own beach w kayaks and snorkel gear, fishing footsteps away and a heated hot tub with a huge pool! My husband and I were blown away with the attentiveness of the staff and the willingness to work with our early arrival, the cleanliness, comfort of EVERY ROOM and the VIEW!!! the location is perfection - honestly we almost extended our stay it was so perfect. If you’re on the fence, DO IT!

Just a short drive from the airport, this spacious beachfront home offers a heated pool and hot tub, large deck with grill and outdoor seating, and the waters off our beach are a snorkelers' paradise! The locals often mention memories of catching lobsters in the rocks just off shore. For those who wish to explore a bit further, at low tide there are larger, secluded beaches on either side of our Cerulean Sands. Want to enjoy a day of golf? It's a short drive to Sandals for a day pass. Or visit Grande Isle Resort and 23˚ North Beach Club or Palapas Restaurant for a lovely lunch just minutes away, in addition to several nearby takeaways for casual local fare.
