Feel right at home in our townhouse located in a small gated residential community minutes from local beaches, golf courses, hospitals, Florida Atlantic University and much more! This is a perfect place for a family getaway, long term and short stays for corporate professionals, traveling nurses, medical students or someone relocating to the area.

The bedrooms feature a Master Suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and shower, a Guest Suite with a queen bed, walk-in closet and enclosed shower/tub (all linen included). There is also a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Enjoy all the convenience of home with Wi-Fi to stream your favorite apps, washing machine, dryer, HVAC, iron, ironing boards and hair dryers. The open kitchen layout has all the amenities and appliances to prepare any meal. On our scenic patio overlooking a canal you'll enjoy Florida's natural wildlife while having your morning coffee/tea or evening dinner. Our unit is fully furnished including beach chairs and a cooler to enjoy during your visit to the local beaches. The pool and hot tub just a stroll from the unit is great for unwinding and relaxing.

Community amenities include a fitness room, racquetball court, a heated pool and jacuzzi. Boca Raton, Deerfield and Pompano Beaches are only minutes away. Each beach location offers several restaurants with different cuisine. You can catch a charter boat out of The Cove in Deerfield and have the local restaurant cook up your catch for the day. There is a local bike shop close to the beach for rentals. If you prefer to surf or dive, check out the local Dive shops and Island Water Sports. There are also endless golf courses in the area to enjoy a day out in the sun.

We are close to all the major roadways including I95, Florida Turnpike, Alligator Alley and the Sawgrass Expressway making it easy to explore other Florida areas within a few hours. If you are into exploring National Parks you can check out the Everglades, Biscayne and Dry Tortugas National Parks. If Space is of interest, Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is a few hours up I95. Finally, if you are a fan of Disney, Universal or MGM take a hike up the Florida Turnpike.
