Please read the house rules before booking:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this house is spacious and provides the perfect space for entertaining guests. However, we ask that you respect these simple rules:
- No Parties or Gatherings
- Only 8 people allowed at the property, all guests must be on reservation
- No taping anything to walls or ceilings
- No glitter or confetti
- No moving furniture
- Only 4 cars allowed in driveway ( all cars must be in driveway)
- No Smoking inside ( fine of $500 for smoking inside the house)
- No noise or loud music after 10PM
- fines may apply if anyone breaks these rules.
There are exterior surveillance cameras and noise detector devices in place too, so please respect our rules.
- We require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per each pet)
- Maximum 2 dogs
- Dog is kept on a leash at all times when in yard
- Must pick up after your pet
- Must be crated when left unattended

🌴 South Florida Living Notes
This is tropical living—beautiful, lush, and occasionally wild. While we have regular pest control, the South Florida climate means you may still encounter some of our natural neighbors.
• 🐜 Please keep doors and windows closed to help avoid pests
• 🦎 You may encounter iguanas, birds, mosquitos, ants, or palmetto bugs—part of our tropical ecosystem
• 🧼 Regular pest control is performed, but sightings may still occur and are not grounds for refunds
• ❄️ AC units are powerful but can struggle during extreme heat
• ⚠️ Avoid setting the thermostat below 68°F to prevent freezing
• 🚫 Do not unplug Wi-Fi routers or automation devices—this can disrupt important systems
We graciously ask that you embrace the occasional quirks of South Florida living while staying with us.

Early Check in or late check out?
We take pride in the cleaning and sanitation process between guests. If possible early check ins, and late check outs would need to be organized 24 hours in advanced and are subject to an additional fee of $25 per hour. If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $50 service charge will be applied to your closing costs.

Booking Requirements:
To confirm your reservation, guests are required to:
• Sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
• Upload a valid driver’s license
• Place a card on file for verification

A refundable security hold of $500 is also required. This hold is processed securely off-platform through our API-connected software, OwnerRez, which is trusted by the hospitality industry for safe and secure transactions. The hold is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.

Please note, there are security cameras on the outside of the house for safety, owners personal belongings and Amazon Key Deliveries.
