Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause und entspannen Sie sich! Unser komplett eingerichtetes und feriengerechtes Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Vollbädern. Beide haben Duschen neben den Schlafzimmern, Parkplätze abseits der Straße und das Beste ist der Strandblock. Die Küche hat Granitplatten, Edelstahlgeräte einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt 2 Flachbild-Smart-TVs mit Netflix, Comcast-Kabelkanälen und Highspeed-Internet. Günstig gelegen, ein paar Blocks südlich von 1st st. Brücke für einfachen Zugang zu US 1 und allen Geschäften oder nur 2 Häuserblocks zur 5-Sterne-Restaurantbar des Marriott Beach Resort. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Pompano Beach Pier und dem Atlantic Boulevard entfernt. Wir beherbergen auch größere Familien mit der angeschlossenen 2-Schlafzimmer-2-Bad-Einheit. The space itself is nice and the backyard is truly a blessing, especially if you are traveling with children or just want a quiet outdoor area to relax. The house was clean when we arrived and overall our stay was pleasant.That said, the property felt a bit more run down than we expected based on the many excellent reviews. Some of the furnishings and appliances seem older: the sheets felt quite cheap, and the dishwasher and washer/dryer are both rather old and quite noisy. Small details also gave the impression of minimal preparation for guests, such as being provided with only one dishwasher tablet for an entire week and half-empty bottles of bath and shampoo gel.Another issue was the ongoing renovations in the two large condo buildings immediately next to the property. There was significant construction noise during the day. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance, and perhaps to be offered a discount given the circumstances.Overall, we enjoyed the backyard and appreciated that the place was clean, but we were expecting a bit more given the very high number of positive reviews.

I went to Florida for a funeral a sad occasion but Dans property was amazing! I didn’t get to enjoy as much as I should have with so much running I will definitely be back. Quiet, centralized, by the beach, clean and comfy!

The countertops are upgraded, the appliances are fairly new. The cabinets had crumbs and a spill that could not be removed with an old vacuum that was replaced. A shelf for the pots and pans was covered in a grease stain. An unusable glass pan was dirty in the oven, the toaster oven was clean but the trays required steel wool before use. A patch of dirt resided under the frig door which I scrapped clean, I also removed the dirt under the fridge, there is no facia panel. Moving into the living room the tile grout under the baseboard was splashed on never smoothed. This mis-application of grout is also in the master bedroom and presents a dirty appearance. The master bath had upgraded countertops but had mold in the shower, the shower curtain was black at the bottom and along the outside wall under the baseboard which continues around into the master bedroom and the living room all had spots of black too. A shortcut was used to wire the TVs leaving stapled wires visible with holes in the wall. The second bath had upgraded countertops but the shower door was never removed for cleaning. Upon changing of bedding the mattress cover had blood and stains, received a new one. I called the owner before arrival, the response I got "I do not get to the property often" was a clue that this property is not well managed. My ratings are 10 to 5, a 10 is as good/better as home, a 5 not up to standard but can live with it. Nearness to the beach is a , but overall I rate this as a 6.

Thanksgiving family trip

We had a great day and were overall very impressed with the property and apartment! The host reached out to us ahead of our stay and gave us all the information we needed and everything overall was incredible! There were games that we were able to play as a family and toys that we were able to take to the beach, so it was a great stay! The beds were comfy And plenty of room in the kitchen. No complaints at all. This was a great place to stay. !

Great spot for access to Dive shops and boats

Had a great stay at this property. Everything was as it says in the listing. A/C was great. Seemed extremely private, but we were in the middle of everything in Pompano. Really appreciated the outside hose, and washer/dryer - made it very convenient for diving.

Perfect rental!

All our needs were met! Host has thought of everything! Down to beach chairs, insulated bags and numerous towels. Best accessory was the cart to haul everything we needed on our short walk to the beach! This is the perfect small rental!

This gem is in a great location and within a short walk to the beach.

The outdoor space was greatly appreciated with a covered space, tables & chairs, well lit at night and many fun evening s and meals were enjoyed out there. Dan was very attentive and responsive to our messages. A short drive to fun nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea, or north to Deerfield Beach . Plus many easily accessed to places in Pompano Beach.

Overall this property was very nice. The parking was a bit challenging with a VERY narrow driveway to the unit. Also, one of the shelters was blown over by the wind, while we were there. Not the safest of situations, but hopefully it will be taken care of before the next guest arrives. Check in and check out were very smooth.

Best location ever, very comfortable

I’m amazed by how perfect this location was... easy 100 yd walk to a beautiful, spacious beach, less than a mile to restaurants and ice cream, 5min to Wawa and Publix, and 15min to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea (for a livelier evening). The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the backyard area/patio (as did our 3year old who got to run around whenever we were home) so we often ate meals outside in the fresh air. Dan was very accommodating and helpful. THe house came with everything we needed... fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach chairs, grill and extra towels.The beds were very comfortable too which you can’t always count on in a rental home. We hope to come back to Pompano Beach and stay here again.

Great Place, Exceeded expectations

Could hear the ocean. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach! It was very easy to get to our destinations, and all our favorite stores were just minutes away. It was a quick drive to Fort Lauderdale - its beaches and stores. We were delighted to be so close to the beach , The layout of the unit was great for our family of five with the separate bathrooms, and it was wonderful having a kitchen to cook our food and not have to go out to eat. Not being from Florida, we were entertained each day by the different types, sizes, and colors of lizards sunning themselves on the tennis court next door, and we got to see the drawbridges in action on a regular basis. The unit was very clean and comfortable, and the owners were attentive and easy to contact. We are so grateful that this unit was available to meet our needs for our extended stay in Florida, and we highly recommend it for others that need a place to stay whether it's for a few days or for an extended time.

Perfect family beach vacation

My family of 4 with 2 dogs spent Christmas in this property and could not have asked for more. It was all the usual things you look for: safe, clean, comfortable and quiet. Most importantly, the beach was so close!! Beach chairs, toys and umbrellas were provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cups and cookware. There is a nice outdoor patio area that allowed us to invite local friends over and an evening outside - and watch the iguanas in the morning :) There are fantastic restaurants within a one mile walking distance including Houston's (on the intercostal) and Flannigan's. The water taxi is also less than a mile walking distance taking you into Fort Lauderdale. Publix supermarket is also a mile away. The beach is pristine and not crowded like the beaches further south. The Marriott rents jets skis and paddle boards and offers a nice pool. Dan was responsive when we had questions. Christmas is Florida was wonderful - this property made it that much more. Can't wait to come back!!

Horrible

Property would have been okay if wasnt charged 60 dollars for a lost key!!! Half hour after we left, he called looking for the second key. First was told that we were gonna be charged to change locks. Then he decided to charge us to get another key made. Which we all know costs a few dollars. Property was missing alot of basic stuff yet i didn't call to complain. Its a shame the owner lost a frequent traveler over a key.

When we called for our keys you personally told us that you loved our place, location and how clean our home was. You also said you want to return. I explained that you would be charged If our keys are not returned and you told me that was fine. We even gave you the price range of what we were quoted. We charged you what we were charged to have a lock re keyed, not for a new lock set which is 2x as much. This has to be done for the safety of the next guest coming in on the same day. We're not in the area and have to pay for other people's time when a guest keeps the keys. You had the option of returning our keys. The home was also left a mess and We were charged an additional 25 from our cleaner that was not forwarded to you. We really strive for 5 star rating as you can see from all our other guests and it's a shame when the only complaint is something we had no control over.

Perfect location with all you need to enjoy a vacation in Pompano beach

We recently stayed at this condo over spring break. My family and I flew in from Michigan and were very happy with the proximity to the beach (5 min walk max) as well as the amenities. The condo has everything you need to enjoy staying at the beach. Beach towels, Beach cart, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, and chairs. The condo was clean, updated, and relaxing to hang out it. The walk to the beach is very easy going as the entire area is setup for people to walk to/from the beach without worrying much about traffic. You exit the condo, turn left, and the first road you approach to cross has a cross walk that cars stop at, and once you cross you are at the beach. This part of Pompano beach is really nice since it is not very busy, we were there over spring break and the beach area had very few people on it which is what we wanted. If you want a bit more of a crowd it is a simple 5 min walk in either direction on the beach to the more populated area. The owner of the property has fantastic communication and makes sure all of your needs are met. My kids enjoyed the putting green and the bunk beds.

Great getaway by the sea!

My husband and 2 girls (9 and 13) had a great time at Dan's place. We had considered staying at a condo on the beach, but after reading all the regulations that went along with staying in a condo (parking fees, long elevator rides, so many rules) we thought that it was much better to stay somewhere more convenient. Dan's place checked all the boxes. It's literally steps away from the ocean and you can use the cart provided with all the sand toys to pack your beach essentials. Forgot something? Don't fret because your a short 3 min walk from your place. Even staying on the beach, there's no way you could have made it to the beach any quicker with elevator rides, etc.. Parking is a breeze, you pull right in. Check in and out was simple as well. The beach access was premier. You walk right down the end of your road to access the beach, whick has a convenient wash off spot too. The place was quiet and having a washer and dryer was also convenient. Dan even provided some laudry detergent and dryer sheets. He was very responsive and helpful. The beds are not the most comfortable, but we are picky. We would most definitely stay at Dan's place again.

Location, location, location!!! Good space for couples or extended families.. 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms ....property is right across the street from the amazing beach and short walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and new jellyfish museum. Spent mornings and evenings outdoors in the relaxing yard and truly loved the chip and putt area. Looking forward to staying here again.

This property is even better in person than in the pictures. It was very clean, private, and super close to the beach. The owner always responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We are from a small family originally from New Jersey. We've always made it a goal to travel to Florida since our youngest child was born. After falling in love with this stunning state, we made the decision to settle down and launch a vacation rental company.
We couldn't resist the gorgeous weather, joyous atmosphere and year around activities. We believe that everyone should experience a vacation in the state with some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. We take great pride in our cozy beach block rentals and enjoy hosting a memorable vacations for other family's.

This home is really close to the beach but away from the crowds. That's hard to find in this area without being a condo.
This duplex can be converted to a 4 bedroom 4 bath for larger family's.

Great get away. If your looking for a beautiful beach with out the crowds you found it.This beach home offers a home like experience with plenty of parking, everything you'll need for your vacation with out the condo commandos. Just a few blocks south is a more populated beach by Atlantic and A1A were there are some local bars, restaurants and stores.

Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean.
