Die Villa CC ist Teil der Royal Flamingo Villas, einem 7,5 Hektar großen Grundstück, das sich vom Intracoastal bis zum Ozean erstreckt. Ein Verwaltungsbüro vor Ort ist montags bis samstags von 9:00 bis 5:00 Uhr geöffnet.

Die Villen bieten gemeinsame Annehmlichkeiten, darunter: einen beheizten Pool, einen Reinigungsservice unter der Woche und einen 300 Fuß langen oberen Privatstrand mit Treppen, die zum unteren öffentlichen Strand und zum Meer führen. Die Intracoastal-Seite bietet Shuffleboard und einen schönen Blick auf die vorbeifahrenden Boote.

Die Villa CC befindet sich in günstiger Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom oberen Strand und dem Meer, dem Pool oder der Küste entfernt. Es ist an der perfekten Stelle!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The villa was wonderful! We enjoyed both beaches and shuffleboard over on the inlet side. The canopies on the upper beach were perfect when the wind was abundant. We walked to some extremely great restaurants!

Nice job place, close to beach

Overall a good stay, bit of an issue with check in but owner did a good job handling it. Nice location to beach and downtown Ft Lauderdale, plenty of shopping, restaurants nearby.

This is a great property run by a great host. Sandy provided great communication about our upcoming stay with us and had everything lined up exactly as advertised. The location was fabulous, and it was a very convenient walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Sandy's place had all the amenities of home, and it was very clean. Best of both worlds

We loved the Villa, that was big enough to feel comfortable but small enough to feel cozy. We enjoyed the large green space to throw the football around and really appreciated the proximity to the pool and beach area. Very pleasant stay and Sandy was a great host. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Truly special place to stay on the beach

Everything about the Royal Flamingo bungalow community is special from the friendliness of the host and local staff to views of the intercostal, beach and pool within a few feet in either direction. Sandy was a flexible and responsive host. The place is spotless and well maintained. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen, lounge chairs and shade on the private beach. We had a terrific time with our grandkids and look forward to returning.

Lovely stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week and my mother joined us for a few nights. The property looks just as it does in the photos. It is clean and nicely appointed. The location is right in front of the laundry hut and right next to the office. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking back to watch the boats on the intercoastal and walking across to the heated pool and the beach. Sandy, the owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. The staff on the property were all very nice. I would stay here again as the location is great and convenient to so many things. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A WONDERFUL VILLA

My wife and I were in need of a relaxing, low maintenance, casual vacation. Having access to Sandy's villa was perfect. My communications with Sandy prior and after were always answered in a timely manner. Having the pool and private beach area was a welcome environment. Lots of relaxation, sun and snoozing was wonderful. If we the type of people to plan a year in advance we would book here again. A big thanks to Sandy and the management team at the Royal Flamingo Villas.
