Hi, I’m 37 years old, self-employed, and originally from Germany. I love to travel and truly enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Family is very important to me—I have one daughter who means the world to me—and I’m passionate about the work I do.

Our neighborhood and the downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short bike ride away.

Boaters, Caloosa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.

The house is also only a few minutes from the bridge that connects to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

This Vacation Home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has modern furnishings, a lagoon-finished pool with a pool heater, and is less than a 5-minute drive to downtown. It’s also very close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 10-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have bikes, beach gear, and a workout area included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay!
Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite on the left side of the home, and the other 2 rooms are on the right side of the home. The master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The King-size bed is adjustable, and the room offers a pool view.
One guest room has a queen bed, and the other has a full-sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing. The master, queen room, and the living room all have TVs. The guest area has one bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need during your stay.
The laundry area provides a full-size top-load washer and front-load dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.
The backyard is fully fenced in and invites you to a private outdoor dining experience or just a relaxed pool day.
This home is located just a short drive or bike ride to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Merricks or Pinchers Crab Shack, all within an easy 5–10-minute drive from the house.
We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for every stay. There also is an iron and ironing board available for your use.
