Buenos Tiempos ist eine zwei oder drei Schlafzimmer, zwei oder drei Bäder Wohnung, die als Zwei-Zimmer für bis zu vier Personen oder drei Schlafzimmern für bis zu sechs Personen gemietet werden kann. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eigenem Bad mit zwei Waschbecken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer, mit eigenem Eingang, hat ein Doppelbett und eigenem Bad. Das Wohnzimmer / Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen wichtigen Geräten und einer Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Backofen und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Dieses Gebiet hat einen Kamin (selbst mitbringen Holz oder Feuer Stamm), Frühstücks-Bar, und private Seite zum Meer Terrasse, die einen direkten Zugang zum Strand ermöglicht. Annehmlichkeiten Deck, zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung, Ventilatoren, WLAN und ein Holzkohlegrill. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Eigentümer fordert Kein Rauchen im Haus. Great location

Had a great Thanksgiving day stay with our family of four. Plenty of room. My teen son loved the semi-detached second master with his own bathroom. Could use some more comfortable furniture in the living area but really no big deal and we loved it overall. Would stay again for sure

Cute rental

This place is nice. One of the bedrooms is not in the main house. It’s on the side when you first walk in. Just heads up if you have kids inside you may want to stay in the two bedrooms located inside. The only thing that would be better is if they put a couch that’s comfortable to sleep on. The furniture is very cute Mexican style seating. There’s a lot of places for people to sit. The beach is beautiful and the stairs are really nice! One of the best stairs for these condos compared to others, if you have someone who can’t walk very well. There are several of these condos connected in the area.

It is a three-bedroom casa that perfectly accommodates us with a separate suite in the front courtyard. We spend most of our time on the patio from breakfast to happy hour. We love the closeness of the sea, the beach walks, the low tides and just about everything at Los Conchas, and this casa.

Mosquitos enough said

Well, it would have been amazing had we been able to leave the master bedroom area while at the property! We nearly left the master bedroom because the MOSQUITOS were so bad. I believe they were coming in through the fireplace. We were attacked from the moment we arrived. We tried to sit it out on the patio the first evening didn't last but 10mins. The following day we scheduled a patio massage. We had to move it to the Masterbedroom. I had to move furniture to accommodate the 2 tables. Great massage but a view of four walls made what was supposed to be relaxing into a waste of massage. I tried calling the management company, Asked if they could move us or at least give us a discount. Emailed pictures of our legs and back and arms. They brought us a can of off. The property is located on the beach and has a great view but we couldn't enjoy it! We tried to spray, candles, and even tired an electronic mosquito trap.

Worth for the visit

Easy access, property was clean, no major issue to report. There were broken steps on the backside of the property, so you can't access the beach directly from the back door. You need to go through front door and then go to side path. I hope it's damaged recently for to high waves. Otherwise everything is comfortable.

Quick weekend getaway was fabulous!

The check-in process at the property management office was quick and the gals there were super helpful and friendly. The property was a couple of miles away from the office but we were able to find it without problems. It was fabulous! The neighborhood is quiet. I really liked that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The only drawback I can say is that there wasn't a large gathering place inside for us to hang out or watch a movie. It worked out fine because we were outside most of the time. It was a little cramped in the evening as we were watching a movie. But the location was fabulous! The beach was quiet and it was almost as if we had it to ourselves. There were locals trying to peddle their goods often but I think that happens everywhere in Rocky Point. We came with our two sons and a couple of their friends. The waves are not surfing waves, but they had fun playing in the water on paddle boards and boogie boards. We would return to this location anytime!

The third bedroom suite is private, outside in the courtyard so nice little getaway if needed. The location is perfect, patios are placed so neighbors are not a distraction. We had a few snags in the beginning but everything was handled promptly. The only complaint would be the patio furniture: very uncomfortable chairs, table too small, legs fell off everytime it was moved.

Great stay right on the beach

The property was very clean, we loved the three bedrooms, and the location is fantastic! The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking but not for baking and the pans stick really bad. The living room furniture is beautiful but very uncomfortable. The main bed is hard as a rock. With that said what really made the property stand out is the management company. They were fantastic. Tony was extremely responsive, very helpful, and always willing to make sure we had what we needed. His recommendations for fishing, massage, ect were all fantastic. We already booked it again for another week in a couple of months.
