Great Place

This was a great location easy to access and get in clean and another great place to stay will stay again here in another occasion, love the fact they have a playground for the kids spacious parking lot, its just like a house and also pool, no issues at all and a good nice place to stay.

Great location and amenities

Location is excellent and the close by store is very convenient, also very quiet. It feels very safe because it’s gated. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the stay at this property with my family of which is very clean, comfortable, within a safe place location, close to the beach as well as to many other places like restaurants and curious stores. Great Get Away

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is in a gated community and the security was very friendly and helpful. Had contact with the management/owner through Whatsapp. They were very responsive and usually answered questions within minutes. Highly recommend this property.

Right in the entrance of RP

The property was nicely kept very clean. Easy check in. Although the location description was very misleading stating it was close to the beach you’d be there in 5. But this location is at the entrance of RP close to sams club. Actual time for the closest beach is about 20 mins.

Dear guest, we are very happy for your positive comments about our house. It's always super clean and it's in excellent condition been new and modern. Not sure which beach you are refering about. It's exactly 5 minutes to playa bonita and 7 minutes to sandy beach (the nicest beach in town). We own 2 houses in the same comunity and my parents live there full time. There's more than 10 different beaches in town. We had ALL positive reviews and all 5 STARS on every single review. NONE of the reviews mention that the location was misleading to get to the BEACH. Just for your info the house is only 1 block away from main street and this is not the entrance of RP. The entrance is 8 miles north from our house. It's on a great location surrounded by restaurants, market and the new movie theather. We were just a phone call away or text to guide you to the 2 closest beaches from our house. Not sure wich beach you were going. I'm thinking you were at Mirador or Las Conchas :(

The house was very comfortable, close to everything! Sadly we could not prep/cook meals d/t poor lighting/non working kitchen lights. We reported this the day after our arrival and nothing could be done about it, as the light took days to order/arrive. We were forced to eat out for dinner..both times everyone got diarrhea and stomach cramps. Stay away from La Vaca Cheta and Tacos Los Paisanos. Sadly restaurants close before 7pm. Play area has broken swings. Pool needs cleaning, water was murky and tiles broken on pool floor. Limited lighting in pool area, hubby grabbed the only pool chair that was not torn or broken, and was bitten by unknown insect, too dark too see. This required visit to MD, intramuscular antibiotics x3 days in addition to oral antibiotics and pain meds to treat resulting cellulits. The outside conditions not the owner's fault but it did dampen our stay.

Thank you for give in us a positive review on our house. We have mostly 5 star reviews from our guest that have stayed. Once again my apologies about the celing light that died in the kitchen during your stay. Thank God the dinning are light right next to the kitchen was working. Like I told you we have to special order lots of things from out of town. Rocky Point It's a very small town :( The led light has been replace the same day you guys check out. They clean both of the community pools once a week and they are usually very clean but its high season right now. I did reported to the HOA Comminity manager the broken tiles and other things you mention on your review about the one pool. You had the option to go to the 2nd pool that was only 1 block away. Nothing we can do about that because it's outside of our property. I'm sorry about the food you guys ate. Best Regards, Ivan
