Thank you for your warm welcome and patience with me as I worked through some technical difficulties prior to arrival.The space was accurately depicted in the pictures. Its so hard to find a space with enough bedrooms for our family funtions.The home was exactly what we needed. Space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids could stretch out and play as kids do. The entertainment areas were a major selling point. We were getting together for my birthday. February is a tough month to plan a family excursion. Perfect for a large family!

We had 5 families stay and it was large enough with plenty of room, beds, and tons of games! There were a lot of bees which was the only downfall but that’s not the fault of the owner! We had such a great vacation and this house is one we will be looking at staying in again!

Beautiful Home. Great floor plan and plenty of room for multiple families with a wide range of kid ages. The game rooms and garage apartment made it perfect for teens. Lots of outdoor space for parking and yard games. Easy drive to Cle Elum Lake. We had a wonderful weekend!!

It was in excellent condition, very clean, and accommodated our group perfectly. The layout, comfort, and overall upkeep were truly impressive, and we really enjoyed being in the space.That said, the management company was a bit unusual to work with. The day before our arrival—and even during our stay—we received several messages that felt more like warnings than standard communication. For example, we were asked to film a video of the entire home upon arrival to document its condition, which gave the impression that past guests may have caused issues and future guests are now bearing the burden of that. It created an unnecessarily tense tone for an otherwise lovely stay.There was also a mix-up on their end regarding the security deposit. They hadn’t charged it in advance, and then attempted to charge my card for a significant amount during the stay, which was stressful and entirely due to their administrative oversight.Overall, the property itself is wonderful and I would happily stay in the home again. I just hope the management company can streamline their process and adjust their communication style, as it would make the experience far more enjoyable for future guests.

Amazing property with room for the whole family

Wow! What an awesome place to stay, tons of space inside and out. We were having a hard time finding a place big enough for a group of 18 near a body of water to host my 30th birthday. I came across this listing and decided to take a chance on it without ever visiting the area before, it turned out better than I could have imagined! First off the lake is beautiful and only a 7 min drive from the property, the community is well kept and the neighbors we ran into were extremely nice. We ended up spending not nearly as much time at the lake as we originally thought we would because of how much there was to do at the house! Seriously, this house has it all, if you’re looking for a giant house with all the modern amenities don’t hesitate on this place, I would highly recommend it.

Winter Wonderland

Five families, seven kids ages 6mo - 9yrs and 3 teens. Plenty of space and games for everyone. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood! Plenty of cooking and bakeware. Love the hot tub and outdoor area. The fireplace outside was broken, management replied immediately and tried to solve the issue but it was something that would need professional servicing, but again, management was very responsive and kept us apprised of efforts. Would recommend renting snowmobiles at Last Resort in Ronald, just a 10 min drive away. Sledding and ice skating at Suncadia was not as fun as we expected. Would recommend brining your own sleds and going to the hill next to the Swiftwater restaurant instead of paying 25 to rent tunes at Suncadia and their designated area. Lovely place and look forward to staying there again!

The space was open and inviting and the kitchen table allowed most our group to be able to eat and visit together. The space is great and had something for everyone. The covered outdoor space was great and allowed us space even while it was starting to rain. Overall, I highly recommend, we are already looking at dates to come back! FANTASTIC holiday stay for a big family

My family (about 16 adults and 5 children) stayed here for the week around thanksgiving for our annual family reunion. Since we are such a large group it can be challenging to find homes that fit our family. It fit our growing family’s needs well. Each of the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds/bedding were very obviously top quality, which is not common for rentals. It was obvious how much thought went into designing, decorating, and stocking this home with essentials. There was even a fully decorated and beautiful Christmas tree which added to the aesthetic of the home. I was shocked that even kitchen utensils were top quality and all the drawers, light switches, etc. were labeled for convenience. We will absolutely be returning or using this rental company again. They were very accommodating and extremely communicative every time we had comments or questions about the home. Thanks so much for everything!!

FANTASTIC holiday stay for a big family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home exceeded my expectations in every way! My family (about 16 adults and 5 children) stayed here for the week around thanksgiving for our annual family reunion. Since we are such a large group it can be challenging to find homes that fit our family. It fit our growing family’s needs well. Each of the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds/bedding were very obviously top quality, which is not common for rentals. It was obvious how much thought went into designing, decorating, and stocking this home with essentials. There was even a fully decorated and beautiful Christmas tree which added to the aesthetic of the home. I was shocked that even kitchen utensils were top quality and all the drawers, light switches, etc. were labeled for convenience. We will absolutely be returning or using this rental company again. They were very accommodating and extremely communicative every time we had comments or questions about the home. Thanks so much for everything!!
