Family of 9 for our Christmas celebration. House was perfect for us, loved the open floor plan, so plenty of room for us to eat and play games. We had snow so had so much fun sledding and then jumping in the hot tub when we were done. Joel quickly responded to any questions or problems I had, very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great House for a Group

We had a group of families staying for two weeks. We had plenty of space for everyone, and loved the hot tub. We had a couple issues come up, but the owner was very responsible and handled things right away. We would definitely stay here again,

Family time is the best time!

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. There were enough bedrooms, beds and bathrooms and a big enough kitchen for our family meals. We enjoyed the proximity to Lake Cle Elum and spent two fun-filled days at the lake Thank you Joel!

Great place

We really enjoyed staying at the Double O! Large living room and kitchen space for all of us to hang out in and garage gaming space is really great. The house allows for privacy, if you need a break or to work. Loved the yard and it even snowed, so much fun! Would highly recommend staying here!

Annual family vacation.

This was a perfect home for our annual family vacation. Four boy cousins fit perfectly in the bunk room. Ex long bunks were great for the two 6 ft teens. The garage game room was a hit with the cousins. Great kitchen and gathering indoor space. We attended Cle Elum fireworks. Nice event for a small town. Kids also enjoyed a swim in Cle Elum lake. The deer and wild turkey visited daily. Fun time! Thanks Joel for sharing your home.

Loved it!!

Every year for the past 5 years we find a house in the Suncadia, Cle Elum, Roslyn area for our family to converge for the holidays. It’s been a different house every year and this one was definitely our favorite. The bunk room was perfect for the teenagers to shut themselves away in and the living room/dinning room/kitchen had enough space for us to all be together when we wanted.

Best House Ever!

We stay in Ronald at least 4-5 times a year and this house is our favorite property yet. It was extremely clean, had gorgeous finishings, a wonderful outdoor space and is tucked away from other homes, giving wonderful privacy. It’s minutes away from Speely Beach, making it easy to visit via atv’s or by car and is stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved having their own nicely furnished bedrooms with fireplaces. The master bedroom is breathtaking with its soaking tub and river rock shower and was such a nice treat. I can’t recommend this property enough! We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you Joel for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful getaway

The house was perfect for our big group of 13! We had our own rooms and the kids piled up in the upstairs bunk room :) the house was very clean, the owner was always available for any questions we had. Great walking/biking trails right on the property and a short distance from lake Cle Elum.I would highly recommend this beautiful house on 40 double o road. Thank you Joel!

Great weekend getaway

Our group of 12 had a fantastic time at the Double O Ranch! The house has a great layout for our group of adults and young adult teens, providing ample spaces for us to gather, play games and relax. Roslyn is only a few minutes away by car and Roslyn Grocery impressed us with its inventory! We would happily return to the Ranch in a heartbeat. Joel was highly responsive and made things so easy for us. A five star experience for us!

One of the best

This property and house was one of the best we’ve stayed at coming to this area for over ten years now. Great location and close to everything. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. My only very small criticism would be no lawn, because I think it would make this house perfect, but we made it work. Even having said that, this house is a 10/10 and we hope maybe we can come back one day. Thank you!

Everything but the pool table

Everything was awesome! Our one and only complaint was the pool table. It was something our group was mainly looking forward to. And I would recommend not even advertising that you have one… it is falling apart, undersized, and warped with broken ques. Which made it virtually impossible to have a genuine game of pool. Other than that every thing else was spot on and awesome and as advertised

Perfect getaway

Great home for a group. The living space is large and open, the yard is big and private with a small slope perfect for the young ones to sled. The primary suite is separate from the 4 upstairs bedrooms so this was a great way to separate our group by their needs. The two adjoining (by a jack and Jill bath) rooms upstairs are thoughtfully designed so that there are closets before each rooms’ access to the bathroom, and each room has its own sink, so sound transfer was not an issue. The 4th upstairs bedroom also a has its own bathroom. We enjoyed local nature activities and the hot tub, and the kids loved the snow plows coming up the driveway in the mornings. Would absolutely go back!
