** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center. You will NOT be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 6 cars in the driveway.
**Minimum age to rent is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
