Hobbs Realty - Oceanfront Dog Friendly Home w/Heated Pool and Direct Beach Access

This charming oceanfront cottage is the perfect retreat for your next island vacation. This one-level classic beach cottage has been updated and boasts all the comforts of home, only steps away from the beach strand. Situated on a large oceanfront lot, there is plenty of room for grilling and yard games, plus a private swimming pool with lots of room to lounge and sunbathe. The street side and oceanfront decks are partially covered and perfect for taking in the sunsets and ocean breezes. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan with lots of natural light. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. Occupancy is limited to 9 guests.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
