Stephanie, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s location and proximity to the beach, but we’re disappointed that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify for future guests that our pre-arrival communications explain what is and is not provided with the rental, including linens and household consumables. We encourage guests to review that information before arrival, and we are always available to answer questions. We also wish you had contacted us during your stay regarding the pool net, the crab in the pool, or any other concern. We are very responsive to our guests and would have been happy to address those issues immediately rather than have you spend part of your vacation dealing with them yourself. We appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses and will inspect them based on your feedback. Beginning with our 2027 season, we are also introducing our Arrival Ready program, which will include linens, beds made before arrival, towels, and starter household and bathroom supplies. This is part of our ongoing effort to make arrival easier for our guests. We’re pleased to hear that you would consider staying with us again, and we appreciate the feedback.

We're always very responsive to guest feedback and would have loved to have known if there were any issues we could have helped to resolved while you were staying with us, but we never were given the opportunity.
