We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal - gorgeous views from the deck and just steps from beach access. The pool was a huge hit with the kids as well!!The owner was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our visit. Highly recommend! We hope to return for another stay!

Great place for a multigenerational family vacation. We liked that the bedrooms were on a separate floor from the living area and kitchen. Beach access is immediately adjacent to the house. The pool is very nice. We appreciated the gate st the top of the stairs as our group included young children.

Beautiful beach view from living and sleeping areas. Even though it rained most of our visit, we enjoyed the pool every day and the for the heated pool was definitely worth it! We had a great time!

If you're looking for a fantastic location, beautiful views, and responsive and friendly host, this is the place for you! The views from the second floor living area are AMAZING, it's in a fantastic location towards the center of the island, and has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves.More importantly to me, however, is how responsive and friendly the host is. Things happen during vacation, it cannot be avoided, however the way it was dealt with made this stay a 100/10. My messages to him were responded to promptly, any issues that came up were addressed that day, and we felt like we were truly cared for.Thank you for an outstanding vacation!

We had a wonderful beach trip, our first time at Holden Beach. Location was absolutely perfects steps from the beach - with the added bonus of the pool. The house is on the east side which is quieter and was perfect! Views from the back deck in the evening were beautiful. We loved the large fridge as we cooked in most days. Communication from host was excellent, everything went smoothly. House was clean and true to the photos posted. We would stay here again - we had an amazing stay! The addition of a gas grill, Bluetooth speakers in the main living area (for music), a blender, and possibly some upgraded pots and pans would be nice additions to the property.

We had such a great stay here! The house is beautiful and exactly what you picture when you book a beach getaway — spacious, comfortable, and really well laid out for a group.The ocean views are the real standout — completely unobstructed and honestly hard to beat. We found ourselves just sitting out there taking it all in more than once.The outdoor space and pool are perfect for hanging out, whether you’re relaxing or keeping kids entertained. Everything was clean, well kept, and easy to settle into right away.The location is also a huge plus — easy beach access and close enough to anything you might need, but still feels peaceful and tucked away.Overall, it’s one of those places you’d happily come back to without overthinking it. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Home

We enjoyed a perfect vacation in this home! We love Holden Beach and especially the area where this home is located. The east end of the island has less traffic so the beach is usually less crowded too. We also loved that there are not large homes with balconies right beside you which offered more privacy.

Birthday girls get away!

The house and location was absolutely wonderful! Communication with the host was as needed with quick response. At no fault to the host but our internet was out but we made the best of it while Helena passed through. we had a great trip! Will book the property again!

Most excellent stay

We have been vacationing at Holden Beach for 30 years and I would have to say this house is by far the best one we have stayed in. The house is upscale and location is perfect with the most amazing and unobstructed view of the beach and ocean from the porch and living area, made you a part of the beach all day. Access was great. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was immediate for any questions we had. Overall an excellent experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our family with young kids – it had everything we needed, including a baby gate, high chair, and outlet covers, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed the nice pool as well.The owner was excellent with communication and even stopped by to drop off something we needed, which we really appreciated. The views from the main living area are beautiful and definitely a highlight of the home.One thing to note is that the bedrooms are located below the main living area, so you can sometimes hear movement above when trying to sleep. That said, the comfort and overall setup far outweighed that, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great property on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has been nicely updated and the furnishings were cute and comfortable. It’s a quick drive once you get on the island. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The only two things that might be worth mentioning are that you don’t get the key code until an hour before arrival which was a little stressful when you are on the road and still aren't 100% positive that you will have access to the house when you get there. Also, the grill is really tiny so just keep that in mind if you are preparing to grill for a larger family. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location with lots of wiggle room between houses. There was plenty of room on the beach despite being next to a neighborhood access boardwalk. We really appreciated the high chair and baby gates when traveling with toddlers. We’ll be back!
