As a part of the Millville by the Sea community, you'll have access to a shared pool, basketball court, fitness center, and game room.

Boasting all of the homey features you love, the interior of your stay boasts an open-concept layout and plenty of space for your loved ones. The living room's ample seating, electric fireplace, and smart TV lend themselves to cozy movie viewings. Steps from here, the full kitchen is well-suited to host all of your culinary ventures. A large dining table and breakfast bar are available for your meals. A screened patio is also available on the main level.

The second floor features the primary en suite bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom. The third level opens into a spacious family room with another comfortable TV area and a board game table.

Things to Know
The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
